On December 6, 2003 leaders and intercessors gathered in four of the five major coastal cities in South Carolina to Worship & Pray for the waterways. These photos are from the Charleston meeting. Many worshipped at 10:00 AM in Myrtle Beach... some went to Georgetown... some went to Beaufort... and even though there was no organized meeting in Hilton Head, the Lord positioned a couple of intercessors there who were able to pray. The Charleston event took place at 2:00 PM. People brought water from many locations around South Carolina to pour together (Psalm 46) for blessing. The following two prayer/proclamations were read.

PRAYER FOR SOUTH CAROLINA

Lord, we glorify You as God and Governor over South Carolina, and we give You thanks (Rom 1:21) We declare ourselves Your People: You and You only are our God. (Rev 21:3) We come boldly before your throne of grace through the shed blood of Jesus of Nazareth to ask for your grace to help us in this strategic time of need (Heb 4:16) Lord, your holy city Jerusalem has 12 gates that are never shut (Rev 21:12, 25) Your prophets have called us to open South Carolinas 12 most populous cities to You in worship as spiritual gates to our state. We speak to the spiritual gates of SC, that they be opened to you and never again shut.

Psalms 24:7-10 Lift up your heads, O you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the KING OF GLORY may come in. Who is the King Of Glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates: lift them up, you ancient doors, that the KING OF GLORY may come in. Who is He, this King of Glory? The Lord Almighty, He is the KING OF GLORY!!!! Come, King of Glory, take Your rightful place as LORD over South Carolina! We declare: Kingdom of God, COME! Will of God, BE DONE in South Carolina as it is in Heaven. (Matt 6:10) Our Request: Lord, Shift the citizens of South Carolina into place under Your headship. Raise up your anointed leaders in every sphere of our state, in church, civil government, schools, courts, business, marriage, and parenting. Lord, connect us together in humility, kindness, and righteousness. Give us hearts to love, honor and respect each other. Heal the divisions of race, denomination, culture, and politics. Join us in covenant with You and with each other so that we lock together, arm in arm, to form an impenetrable battle line facing our common enemy. Release your corporate anointing on all of us. Reposition our state to give life and hope to the next generation of our sons and daughters. Lord, the State of South Carolina is desolate, and yet we bear Your name. (Dan 9:18) Lord, we now pray for Repentance, Rejoining and Release.

Lord, we repent of breaking covenant with you and with each other. We have defiled our state with the iniquities of our fathers as well as our own sins. Lord, we humbly ask your forgiveness for our sins, which are many. Forgive us: for sins of division, strife, and sectarianism - for double standards and unequal measures, which you detest (Prov 20:10) for compromise in us and in our leaders - for arrogance, superiority, and hidden agendas - for pride in, and worship of, ourselves and our things - for political correctness in place of your righteousness - for dishonoring the gift and calling of God in anyone in the State of South Carolina. We reject and renounce every institution of man that is demonically inspired. We reject and renounce every pipeline of defilement in our state and every source of its supply to our state. Lord, we receive your forgiveness for our sin and your cleansing from ALL unrighteousness. (I John 1:9) We ask and confess that we walk in the Light as Jesus is in the Light so that we have fellowship with one another and the Blood of Jesus purifies us from ALL SIN. (I John 1:7) O Lord, we of South Carolina ask to be REJOINED to you in righteousness: rejoin our hearts to one another in love and turn our hearts back to you. turn the hearts of all our gatekeepers back to you. Establish your covenant in our hearts. Heal the broken hearts of leaders. Heal our history and restore us to the path of destiny in you. Turn all curses into blessings for our sons and daughters. O Lord, RELEASE your Word as a sword in the mouths of leaders, prophets, and intercessors. Release the pattern of God in every area of church, civil government, schools, courts, business, marriage and parenting. O God of Restoration, we ask for Your Presence among us! Release Your refreshing! (Acts 3:19) Lord, come and do Your new thing among us: (Jer 1:5) Like Jeremiah, ordain us for Your purpose. Cause us to stand in the gap for our nation. Make our state a life-giving prototype in the nation, for Your glory. O Lord, let South Carolina be known as a state that lives Your WORD!!! And let the only battle flag over our state be the Invincible Banner of Your love! ( Daniel 9:18-19) We don't make these request of You because we are righteous, but because of Your great mercy. O Lord, Listen! O Lord, Forgive! O Lord, hear and act! For Your sake, O our God, do not delay because Your state, South Carolina, and Your people here bear your name.

WE BREAK THE PATTERNS OF SIN…

WE REPENT OF:

SECTARIANISM, SEPARATION, DIVISION, STRIFE, BIGOTRY, RACISM… AND IN THE CHURCH, WE REPENT OF GENDER PREJUDICE, ANTI-SEMITISM, WALLS OF DENOMINATION-ALISM.

WE COMMAND THESE CYCLES AND PATTERNS TO BE BROKEN IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST! WE PULL UP BIGOTRY, DIVISION, AND SEPARATION BY THE ROOT IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.

WE BREAK THROUGH IN THE SPIRIT AND CALL FORTH A MANIFESTATION IN THE GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH CAROLINA. WE DECLARE THAT THIS BREAKTHROUGH WILL BRING FORTH LIFE IN THE CHURCH AND PERMEATE EVERY AREA OF SOUTH CAROLINA CULTURE AND SOCIETY.

WE TEAR DOWN STRONGHOLDS OF DIVISION, BONDAGE, AND DOMINATION. WE BREAK THE SPIRIT OF ISOLATION IN JESUS’ NAME. WE CANCEL THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE ENEMY THAT WOULD KEEP THE SLAVE SYSTEM OVER THIS TERRITORY AND HOARD THE WEALTH IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

WE LOOSE THAT WEALTH IN THE CHURCH SO THAT IT REACHES THE HARVEST OF THE WHOLE TERRITORY. WE DECLARE THAT A NEW SHIELD OF AUTHORITY AND FAITH IS FORMING IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

WE SPEAK PSALM 91 OVER THE WATERWAY AT CHARLESTON, AND WE COVER ALL SOUTH CAROLINA WATERS WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST.

WE CANCEL A SPIRIT OF DEATH, DIVISION, AND DESTRUCTION, AND WE SPEAK A SPIRIT OF LIFE, UNITY, AND BLESSING TO FLOW OUT OF SOUTH CAROLINA.

WE DECLARE THAT THE CHURCH GOVERNMENT WILL BE SHIFTED AND REALIGNED, AND THEN THE CIVIL GOVERNMENT WILL BE SHIFTED AND REALIGNED.

WE DECLARE THAT THE CHURCH GOVERNMENT AND THE CIVIL GOVERNMENT WILL BE RECOVENANTED WITH GOD’S PURPOSE SO THE WHOLE LAND WILL BE INFLUENCED.

WE DECLARE THE MANTLE OF GOD’S GOVERNMENT TO COME INTO THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, IN THE NATURAL REALM AND IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM. WE SHIFT INTO GODLY LEADERSHIP.

WE CALL FORTH THE GATEKEEPERS AND DOORKEEPERS TO TAKE THEIR RIGHTFUL PLACE.

LORD, GIVE OUR LEADERS REVELATION AND UNDERSTANDING
LORD, REMOVE OUR OLD GARMENT
REMOVE THE REPROACH OF THE PAST
NEUTRALIZE THE STRATEGY OF HELL IN SOUTH CAROLINA SO THAT WE WEAR THE FAVOR AND POWER OF GOD
LORD, REMOVE THIS UNBELIEF
REMOVE THE POWER OF BETRAYAL IN THIS STATE
REMOVE THE REJECTION
REMOVE THE ABANDONMENT
REMOVE THE FATHERLESSNESS RULING OVER THIS STATE
REMOVE THE POWER OF INFIRMITY
REMOVE THE POWER OF FALSE COVENANTS THAT HAVE RULED OVER THIS LAND
DIVISION, A RELIGIOUS SPIRIT, A SECESSIONIST MINDSET,
POVERTY, AND AN OPPRESSING OF ONE ANOTHER IS NOT COMING OUT OF SOUTH CAROLINA

WE FIRE THE SHOT OF UNITY, DESTINY, BLESSING OF COVENANT, COVENANT FAITHFULNESS, COVENANT LOVE, CORPORALITY, UNITY IN THE SPIRIT, AND PURE WORSHIP
WE BREAK ALL CURSES. GOD IS HEALING US EVEN NOW.
GOD IS REBUILDING THE ANCIENT RUINS
GOD IS RESTORING FOUNDATIONS IN CITIES AND WALLS
GOD IS GIVING US THE GATES AND HANGING THEM IN PLACE
SOUTH CAROLINA IS GOING THROUGH THE WINDOW NOW OF HER DESTINY, INTO THE NEW.

LORD, CLEANSE THE LAND, THE CULTURE, THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE CHURCH
LET LIFE NOW FLOW THROUGH THE CHURCH
LET THERE BE A TRUE EQUIPPING
LET THERE BE A TRUE ALIGNMENT.
LET THERE BE A BREAKING OF THAT WHICH CAME.

LORD, SNAP US INTO PLACE
LET THERE BE TRUE HOLINESS
LET THERE BE TRUE CHANGE IN YOUR CHURCH.

LORD, BRING THE REALITY OF YOUR POWER, YOUR JOY, YOUR PLAN, YOUR PURPOSE, YOUR DESTINY, YOUR RELEASE INTO OUR MIDST
WE PUT ON A NEW GARMENT OF FAVOR TODAY IN SOUTH CAROLINA
WE WEAR OUR NEW IDENTITY
THE CHURCH IN SOUTH CAROLINA WILL COME INTO THE FULLNESS OF ITS NEW IDENTITY
OLD WINESKINS – COME OFF!
WE CAST THEM ASIDE, IN JESUS’ NAME!
WE PUT ON OUR NEW IDENTITY!

WE DECREE THAT A SHIELD OF CHANGE IS COMING ACROSS AND AROUND THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. THE HEAVENS WILL CHANGE AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOD WILL BE SECURED IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
