Thursday Night - Dutch Sheets

(Pastor Dutch is taking off microphone.) Let me get rid of some of this merchandise….. Good Evening. Thank You for that warm welcome and thank you for being here. I appreciate all of you being here. I just appreciate again all the things that Chuck said and I just agree with. I appreciate the host, I appreciate you being here, I appreciate the Lord, I appreciate, appreciate, appreciate. Let's get started, all right?

Sometimes I don't understand myself. Sometimes I'm just so nice and chit-chatty and sometimes I am so intense. And I don't know if it is good or bad but tonight I feel a little intense. When I get that way it is usually because either I didn't get enough sleep or the Lord wants to focus us very, very intensely in a particular direction. So we'll see. I didn't get enough sleep, but I don't think that's way it is. I think it's the other. I am thrilled to be here. We have had such remarkable meetings on this 50 state tour. I don't have words to tell you what I think the Lord has done in shifting some of the states that we have been to. In fact, I can certainly say that at some of these gatherings, we have seen as remarkable and powerful move of God's Spirit as I have ever been a part of anywhere. Now what we try to do is go in and not pull out our latest message, or our best or hottest. We just try to go in and really clearly discern what the Lord is saying to each region. And I am somewhat prophetic but I am not a prophet in the same sense that Chuck is so he will pick up things that I won't and I will often minister my prophetic sort of twist of things thru the message. He will often do that as well, but will begin to prophecy. Our confidence is that when we leave here we will have, by the Spirit, released some words that will mobilize you exactly where you need to be to pray this state into revival. We are not here because we wanted something else to do. We didn't need any extra meetings. We clearly heard this Word from heaven and if the Lord wasn't wanting to shift this nation into revival, He wouldn't give people assignments like this. He wouldn't give some of you the assignments that He has given you and to this state if the Lord did not intend to do this. So I have great faith tonight that by the time we finish this evening and the morning session we will have turned some things for the state of South Carolina. Do you believe that? How many of you are convinced that the Lord can do that? (Applause) Good….because we have to believe that we can come into a corporate anointing that is strong enough and unified enough that what it might take a year or two or ten to do if we plod through individually we have to believe that if we get ourselves together in the Spirit and hear clearly and do what the Lord says that through the synergistic power of agreement we can do something that will literally turn things in the spirit in this region. And if we don't believe that, why are we here? So I believe we can do that and I believe that we really will. So stand with me and let's pray and move into the message.

Father, thank You for bringing us together. What a glorious thing this must be to You for all of us to lay down our own agendas and schedules and vision and just prefer the corporate whole--to believe that the good of the body is more important than the good of the individual part--to believe that the corporate sum is greater. And Lord, thank You for a mindset in these many people here tonight that would allow this to happen. Now Lord, don't waste this opportunity. I know that you're not going to, but we ask you again as we are together now, Lord would You do something very supernatural and wonderful over this region. Let the heavens turn tonight and tomorrow. Let things be different as a result of us being here. Lord, we mean that literally. We believe that You want to do something very serious and very wonderful. And Lord, no more missed opportunities is what we're saying right now. That's what I hear You saying. No more missed opportunities. We are going to go right on into it this time. We are going to hear clearly. We're going to see clearly. We are going to move into a more complete prophetic mantel for intercession and motivation for the watchman annointing. And when all is said and done Lord, after You finish these two days we are going to have seen things shift. So give us clear words. Give us clear direction. I pray that even as I speak that prophetic mantel will be strong in Chuck and that he would hear clearly strategies from heaven and Lord that I would do the same. That I would find myself moving down paths that I have never moved before. Running down roads I have never run before Lord. Hearing a word I have never heard before. Lord, You have a Word for this place, this region--a Word that will change everything. Now Lord give us that clear Word in Jesus Name and we believe now. We ask You for a spirit of revelation to permeate the atmosphere of this room. Lord, we are not here to just gain more information. We are informationed almost to the degree of lethargy. But Lord give us revelation in this place tonight. May we literally process by the spirit and move from that place where we just hear by the mind and move to that place where we hear by the heart. I ask You to literally lift the veil off of us tonight so that we hear by the Spirit, see by the Spirit and move into that place of fresh revelation.

So just begin to call that out with me right now. Just begin to pray for fresh revelation. Ask the Lord for it. Tell Him you are available for it. Just say "Lord, I open my heart for fresh revelation right now. I stir up the prophetic mantel in me in this place. I stir up the spirit of intercession. I stir up that apostolic mantel to set things in order. Lord, I stir up that watchman anointing to see clearly, to hear clearly, to blow a clear trumpet sound so that all those who hear will know exactly what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to the church right now. We stir up that watchman anointing over South Carolina. I stir it up over every intercessor in this house tonight. I stir it up over every pastor in this place, over every leader, over every person that is here that is an intercessor-that should be all of us. I stir up that mantel of the watchman anointing. And Lord we stir up not only the watchman anointing to see and defend and protect and keep safe, but we stir up that watchman anointing that lays siege to cities and regions because Lord You said that that was one of the concepts of the watchman - to ambush and to lay siege, to watch a place so that we could cut off the supply lines of the enemy and the ways in which he has taken ground and held ground. Allow us to cut off his provision and to cut that which has given him place. And so Lord we are ready to cut off some things tonight. We are ready to go back in history if we need to and allow You to heal history. God, we are here to allow you to reconnect us to our godly roots and to cut off any roots that are bearing bad fruit. Lord, You can do that. You are the God that heals history. You are the God that rebuilds ancient ruins. You restore broken down places. And when the foundations are destroyed You enable us to rebuild them and restore them. And so as Jeremiah 6, we are here asking you for the ancient paths. We are asking You for the wholesome paths to walk on. We are asking you for the Isaiah anointing that the crooked places would be made straight and the mountains be brought down and the valleys be lifted and that a highway would be created in South Carolina for the Spirit of the Lord to ride into this state on a white horse of victory with fire in His eyes and a sword in His hand declaring war on all the host of the enemy. The Lord of Host is His name. And we decree your name over this state right now--GOD OVER SOUTH CAROLINA. And so Lord, we thank You for riding in on a highway and that a straight path will be created for You in this place tonight. In the name of Jesus.

Now come on and give Him a shout. Let's just lift the roof off this place. Hallelujah ! Give Him praise. I want a break through shout! Breakthough shout! Breakthrough shout! Come on, Come on, Breakthrough shout. Jericho shout. Hallelujah ! Yeah! Amen.

You may be seated. We may have to do that every five minutes. Oh, I love this stuff. Don't you? I am so glad the Lord delivered me from normal christianity. Not normal biblically, but normal Americanally. And moved me back into the book of Acts, Hallelujah! Well, all right. I don't know where we're going for sure, but I'll know when we get there. These meetings stretch me to the inth degree. Chuck gets up with it and he does fine because prophets really don't study - they don't have to. They don't know where they are going anyway. They just look at the carpet, pick a color and start teaching on that color. I said Chuck you guys are so weird. I was ministering with him in San Diego once and I said these prophets are so weird. And I said they'll look at the carpet and start prophesying something. And he came up a few minutes later and he said, "Now let me show you how easy this is. Everybody look at the carpet." And he starts prophesying something. I don't know what it was, but it worked. So they are weird and he doesn't have to study. He just prophecies. But I have to study. But when the Lord doesn't let me get up with a five point message so I know exactly where I am going, I get a little unnerved. He spoke to me through a prophet recently and said, "I am teaching you to preach from the river". And I said, well OK, I think that's what He's doing, but when your roots are that of a teacher it is a little unnerving 'cause I want five pages and I want 8-10 point and 4-5 Greek words and I want to know exactly where I am going next. And when He started making me get up and sort of discern and begin to hear for a region and even if I had a message that was the cruxes of where I was going, to back up and sort of be flexible so that could be applied in a different way than I have every applied it. And hear how that principle and that truth need to be applied to South Carolina for example. So, that's what we are going to try to do tonight. I feel the need to teach just a little bit but I will try to do it in the way that I just described to you.

You noticed earlier that Chuck said the Lord gave him the Word - I don't know when it was, he gave the date, it was a couple of years ago - that HE was going to begin to go state by state. Not us on a tour, but the LORD was going to go state by state and begin to bring some judgments and decree the future of each state based upon some of the things taking place. Now I don't think I have heard him tell that story in any of the other states we have been to. The reason the Lord lead him to do that tonight is the same thing the Lord spoke to me just a few minutes ago and He said to me, "I want you to just share briefly, as an introduction for this message, about - in other words here is how it came to me 'Remind them' because I feel like most of you probably know this but 'Remind them of their corporality". In other words that God is not just dealing with them as a person, but He is dealing with them as a corporate unit. Now He is dealing with you as a human being, as a person, and no one can every take that away from you and you have some ways in which you can relate to the Lord as an individual. You get break throughs as an individual. You walk in righteousness. God's gonna see you as righteous in Jesus. And if you have no unconfessed sin in your life etc., etc., etc. you certainly relate to Him individually in that way, but that does not negate the fact that for every one of us we are part of corporate groups and that He not only relates to us individually but He is relating to us corporately as well. Now, you could just draw circles and concentrically expand those and it is true at every level. In other words, not only does He deal with you as an individual, He deals with you as a family. And you can't get away from that. Even infirmities or weaknesses or iniquities can be passed on generationally. Blessings covenantally are passed on generationally. I know part of my calling is because of the heritage that I have and so God deals with us as families - husbands and wives praying together. It does something. We have an ability to pass things on to our children. I have authority in my house that you don't have in my house. But He also deals with us (and few would argue or even question the fact that He deals with us as individuals or as a family) and then we would say that God deals with us as groups of christians in a fellowship or church. You know you go to the local church and God deals with you as a person there, but He has a vision and a gifting and a plan and a calling for that group of people in that local church, doesn't He? And so we come together with our individual anointings and giftings and callings and God somehow packages those together and brings them into one. And so we are in individual but we are also a corporate group that He treats as an individual group. Does that make sense? Few would question any of that but what a lot of do is stop right there and we don't really understand that He is also dealing with us corporately as a city, dealing with us corporately as a state, dealing with us corporately as a nation or nations. At every level where there is corporate freedom and authority to make decisions and relate together in that way, to the same degree we have corporate responsibility. So you know, if you have corporate authority and you can vote and you have authority and rights and privileges as a group of people, then you are going to be weighed in the balances by the Lord as a corporate group and He is going to look at those decisions and He is going to deal with us in that way.

Now I don't want to teach on this long at all because this is a very brief introduction and I am not really sure why the Lord wanted me to do this. I feel like just maybe there are some of you here tonight that have either never thought about this or some of us need to be reminded. He really is going to be saying some things and doing some things where South Carolina is concerned. Now I could take you into a whole teaching on this and I could show you that cities or regions or nations were prophesied to in scripture - not just to as the individual but as a city, were judged as a city, were forgiven as cities or nations/regions. I could take you to places where the corporate faith or unbelief level of a region was judged by God. Not just did the person have faith but the corporate level of unbelief - Nazareth is a good example. God was not just able to deal with them - Jesus wasn't just able to deal with them as individuals there at Nazareth but the corporate unbelief level was at a point that shut down - not shut down in Him but kept from getting to them His power because of their corporate unbelief. God spoke of the iniquity of the Amorites in Genesis 15 not being brought to a place of wholeness. There word there is shilam from which we get shalom or wholeness translated peace sometimes, but it is a word that really means wholeness. And He said to Abraham, I am going to give you this land but I can't give it to you yet because the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet shilam or whole or complete. So He is measuring and judging their corporate sin level there. He said I know it's coming but in my righteousness, I'm still not going to give you the land until they get there because I am measuring their corporate righteousness vs. sin level. And on and on thru scripture He does this. So it is very biblical that we come and say God is dealing with the state of South Carolina. God will be looking at this state and saying 'How do they measure up'. There have been decisions made by this state, by leaders of this state, by the people of this state, by the government of this state, by individuals which are brought together into a corporate whole. He is measuring some things about the state of South Carolina and He is going to change some of that.

So He spoke to me today in the Atlanta airport or all places, can you believe that? And I said 'Lord, what do You want to say to South Carolina?' Now I don't know fully what He wants to say to South Carolina, but I know He said this to me. I was setting in the Crown Room doing a little work, writing and just praying and I said 'Lord, what do You want to say to them?' And I looked out the window and I'm getting this weirdness of Chuck is wearing off on me. You get around these prophets and you do strange things. He's one of my best friends and I respect him probably more than anybody, so you know my heart I guess. He is weird though. Prophets are anything but normal. But that stuff is getting on me anyway. I'm setting there saying 'Lord, what do You want to say to South Carolina and I looked out the window. It was similar to here. It was kind of cloudy and rainy and overcast and all of a sudden right where I was looking, just right out the window the sky opened up and a window through the clouds-blue sky. It only lasted just for a couple of minutes and then it just came right back. And the Lord said this to me. I wrote it down very quickly. "I AM CREATING A WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR SOUTH CAROLINA." Now He hasn't explain that to me fully yet. I don't know what all of that means, but I believe enough in the Holy Spirit in His progressive plan that before we leave here tomorrow we are going to know what that window of opportunity is all about. We may know tonight. I also know this. As I began to meditate on it and ask the Lord about that I said, 'Lord what is this window of opportunity all about?' I know that some of it is related to some things in the past because God is giving you an opportunity - and it want to say this because I know this prophetically, it is not just a window of opportunity but this is ANOTHER WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY. I heard the Lord say 'there is a cycle here in this state of getting to a certain place and within a certain closeness of proximity of revival, or breakthrough, or of turning some things, breaking some strongholds and getting to a place in the Spirit that would really radically shift this state, there is a cycle (that I saw in the Spirit) of getting to a certain point and stopping-losing the opportunity, getting to a certain point again-losing the opportunity and I saw this cycle. And so when the Lord said to me 'I am creating a window of opportunity' I know what He was saying to me is that they have come to another place where there is a window of opportunity to break through into some new things where God is concerned and His pouring out His Spirit upon the state of South Carolina that you have (and I don't know about maybe this region, this place right here) I don't know that you have ever been to the place where He wants to take you! Now what I hear Him saying is 'This time I want them to break through all the way and go through that window". Now how many of you are ready to do that? Why don't you just say with me in your heart - let's just say it out loud. Say "I'm gonna go all the way this time". Now this time don't just say it for yourself, say it as a corporate whole as an intercessory corporate group for the state of South Carolina say "We're gonna go all the way this time!" Stand on you feet and say it again, "We're gonna go all the way this time!" Come on, let's just say it again "We're going all the way this time!" All right. You can sit down because we are going to go all the way this time!

Window of Opportunity. Now when I hear the Lord begin to use that phrase (which I have never had Him do it that way with me before) and I have never used that phrase or had that said about any of the other states. But let me just say this - There was a sense in which is was a GRACE STATEMENT. Because I wrote it down exactly as it came to me and I thought about it later and the way it came to me later when I wrote it down was 'they are in a window of opportunity' and then when I got my bag back because we left it at the airport and had to get it about service time--when I read exactly what I wrote He said "I HAVE CREATED" and I heard the Lord say "THIS IS VERY MUCH A GRACE THING". He has brought you to another point in His grace and mercy where you can now move through this window of opportunity once more. Some of it is because of things that have happened and you have been faithful to pray, etc., but I want to tell you that some of this is the mercy and grace of God on this state. Thank God, Amen. How many of you think that's just the Lord. That's wonderful. And He is doing that for us. Now when He says something to me about window of opportunity I always think of the Greek and Hebrew words for strategic or opportune time. And some of you read some of my books perhaps where I have taught on this. I am not going to give a full teaching on this but I feel I need to package it a little bit so we can get on the same page and be thinking about what the Holy Spirit might mean by that. Because there are two words (one in Greek New Testament and one in Hebrew Old Testament) that would apply to this. The Greek word is "kairos" and the Hebrew word would be 'eth'. There is another Hebrew word that would probably apply also 'zamon' (spelled as sounds) and all of them mean appointed time or the right time. But any good lexicon where you study the 'kairos' timings of God, you will find the phrase 'opportunity or opportune time'. You will even find the phrase 'window of opportunity'. There is general time in scripture when we just plod along and it's not maybe all that strategic. We are just plowing and plodding. It's just 'kronos' is the Greek word or chronological time. Time is just marching on and there is not really maybe anything strategic about it. It's just 'kronos'. But when you get to 'kairos' and some of you know this, you have now shifted into an opportune season. All of the plowing, all of the sowing, all of the routine 'kronos' type things that we have been doing plus what God has been doing - helping us-has now brought us to an opportunity. He calls that 'kairos' and it is a window of opportunity. It would probably be helpful to put that definition into some verses of scripture. For example, Jesus wept over Jerusalem and said 'How I longed to gather you and take you to myself", but He said "you would not have it". You missed the window of opportunity for your visitation. You missed the 'kairos' of your visitation. So we can miss these windows of opportunity or we can go through them. Israel missed their window of opportunity several times. The group that came out of Egypt missed their eighth 'kairos' opportune time to go through their window of opportunity. The sons of Isachar were those who had an understanding of the windows of opportunity. "Times" is the word, but that's what it means. They had an understanding of the times. They knew when it was an opportunity so because they knew that, they knew what Israel should do. They sensed the timing and because they sensed the timing, they understood WHAT to do. Sometime you can never know WHAT to do until you sense the WHEN. Where are we? What time is it? And so God is saying to us "I AM ALERTING YOU THAT YOU HAVE COME TO ANOTHER WINDOW HERE. NOW I AM GOING TO SHOW YOU HOW TO GO THROUGH IT !!!" That's what tonight and tomorrow is all about. I am believing God is going to show you how to go through this thing and go all the way and shift it this time!

Now, let me just stay on that theme for just a moment or two more. I am trying to lay a foundation so the Lord can go anywhere He wants to with this. Proverbs 29, a very familiar passage. Verse 18, Where there is no vision, the people perish. Here's what it says in Hebrew. "Chazown" is the word vision. It's really not a word that means primarily a dream for the future (that's the way we translate it and it's OK to translate it that way) but it limits it. It is much broader in its meaning. It's not just a verse saying "Where there is no plan (or dream or vision in that sense) we perish. It's the word Chazown from Caza (spelled as sounds) is a word that means to see. The word just really means a revelation. If you study it you will find that it is really any revelation from comes from God in any form. It's really here closer when the word vision is used to translate it (which a lot of translations don't, they just use the word revelation - where there is no revelation) but if you are gonna use the word vision like the King James does, it is really closer to a heavenly vision or dream or you know when Peter was on the roof and had a vision, it is a lot closer to that type of a vision than it is a plan for the future. If you study the word it will say 'revelation, dream, vision, mental site, picture, oracle. So if you open your bible and God starts speaking to you through the scripture, that's a Chazown. If you get any revelation tonight out of what I say to you, that's a Chazown. If you have a dream from God tonight in your sleep, that's a Chazown. So let's just put that into "Where there is no prophetic revelation"…If we are not hearing from God….If we don't know for example that He has created another window of opportunity, we probably won't go through it. If we don't know it's there, we will miss it and that's what the rest of the verse says. "Where there is no Chazown, where there is no prophetic revelation, where there is no one hearing from God the people perish. What a broad word this is. Study the word sometime. You pastors get to studying it and you will do a series on this one word. The word is para ra'ah (sounds like pa'raugh). It means so many things. It is the word for naked or uncovered, often speaking of a biblical sense. When Moses came off the mountain and found the people naked, the King James says most likely they weren't physically naked. They may have been in some sort of drunken, idolatrous, demonized orgy but probably the concept there is that they were uncovered. They were in that state of sin that causes you to be uncovered or naked before God. Other translations say out of control. The word means unbridled. When you bridle a horse you bring it control. When you don't have prophetic discernment of the times and where you are and what God is saying you are not under the bridle of the Lord. You don't know whether to go here or to go there. The next thing you know you have missed another opportunity. We are not going to miss this opportunity. The bridle of the Lord is going to go on us tonight and we are going to hear and begin this process of seeing what He is doing and hearing what He is saying so we can go all the way this time. I mean really break though into a brand new day for South Carolina. Now you just need to believe that with me because it is not about our ability, it's about HIS. And if your God can't do that, then just right now, do a quick transition and get a bigger one. Sometimes my God shrinks and I have to trade Him in again for the God of the bible. Do ever have to do that? I had to do that this week. So unbridled, unmotivated is another translation of this word. Unwilling to receive counsel. Unbraided is one of the definitions of the word para ra'ah. Where there is no prophetic discernment and revelation the people become unbraided. What does that mean? They unravel. The quickest way to get out of unity is to not be moving in prophetic revelation. Why? Well, because when you don't have the prophetic insight of God that puts us on a straight path, what do we get? Here, here, here, here, this idea, that idea, this one's got a revelation, that one's got a revelation and we all start going in different directions because there is no prophetic discernment or revelation. Let's package this again. I'm not finished with this, but let's packages this again for South Carolina. I know God has a Chazown for your life. There is a plan. There is a dream. There is a word. There is a revelation. He has it for every local church and ministry represented here tonight. But there is a Chazown. There is prophetic revelation, plan, wisdom, words, dreams, vision. There is a word from God for the state of South Carolina. We've got to find it, get in it and move through it so we can go all the way through the window of opportunity. Because para ra'ah where there is no prophetic revelation, where there is no ability to hear from Him, the people para ra'ah. One of the definitions of para ra'ah is to miss an opportunity by letting it slip through the fingers.

So we are back to this window. If we don't understand the timings of the Lord, then He changes the times and seasons. (Daniel 2:20-21) It says He changes the times and seasons. He changes them. I have created a window of opportunity for South Carolina. He changes the times and season. He creates windows. There is a window for you. Say with me "I'm going all the way". Now you gotta be there with me. We are going all the way through this one.

(Dutch has long pause). There are two passages that come to mind right now that I feel like are applicable for where you have been. I know nothing about your spiritual history. I know a few things about your literal history that I read before I came here. But I know nothing about the moves of God and the history of the church and where you have been in South Carolina. I am totally, completely trusting right now in the Chazown of the Lord. I am at His mercy. But there are two things that come to mind right now that I think illustrate everything I have just said to you. One of them is the book of Haggai. Haggai was a prophet and the Lord sent him to South Carolina….well, why don't you make this personal? Let the bible come alive for you. Haggai went to Israel and he said I'm going to tell you why things have been going wrong in your life. You are working hard but are not reaping anything. You have a fist full, a bag full of money and just put it in a pocket full of holes. He went on down through these examples. You sow much but you reap little. It is a general way of saying things aren't working well. We are not seeing any fruit. We can't get ahead. We can't get breakthrough. We can't see revival. We can't see harvest. We're not seeing this harvest of souls coming in. We are not getting there. He said, "I'm going to tell you why". You were sent here to rebuild the house of the Lord and now I (Dutch) am going to paraphrase but I am going to tell you what happened by combining Ezra and Haggai. The enemy sent ungodly counselors (lobbyist) to begin to work against you behind your back and go to the political leaders, the government officials and stir things up against you. Then they began to use fear tactics and intimidation. And if you combine Ezra 4: 5, 6, 7 because those three verses in Ezra 4 are where the book of Haggai fits. So he starts talking in Ezra about what happened. He said you know you became discouraged and you became intimidated, fear set in and here is what you did. Instead of acknowledging "hey, we are having some problems with fear, discouragement and intimidation" you began to say "the favor seems to have lifted, so it must not be God's time yet to do this." Now that is the part I want you to hear. So the prophet Haggai came along and said, "You have said it is not time, but I say to you, thus saith Jehovah, IT IS TIME. And if you will just engage again and pick up this assignment to rebuild the house of the Lord, put your houses secondary and your business secondary now for a season and begin to focus on me and what I need right now, the Lord say "I am going to turn your fortunes around and everything you do is going to begin to prosper. The latter glory is going to be greater than the former. And that is where all that prophecy is. And they did that. Now I want you to hear this. If you study back in Ezra and you look at Haggai and you put all this together, they went to Israel and restored back the land to rebuild that temple and they laid the foundation in Ezra 3 and then they threw a party because they were so excited. Our captivity has been turned, we're back in the land now rebuilding the temple and we have got this great foundation here. And they threw a celebration but then all this intimidation and junk started coming in and the work was halted until Haggai got it restarted. Now listen to me. The work had stopped for 16 years. You don't realize when you are reading those three or four verses there in Ezra that they really cover a 16 year span. So all they had for 16 years was a pretty slab. They were in an ungodly cycle where they started well and a window of opportunity came but for some reason they were not able to push it on through. They began to back off. The enemy came along and somehow seduced them into deceptive thinking, perhaps sin, perhaps wrong motives I don't know all of it, but the bottom line was that they did not go all the way through the window and siege the opportunity because they bought into a lie that says it is not yet time. So you are going to have to answer a question here tonight. Is it really time for South Carolina to move forward? Is it really time for break through? Is there really a divine window of opportunity that He has created now that if you continue to come together, if you hear from the Lord, if you mobilize this prayer movement, if you lay down your own agendas and begin to really clearly hear what God is saying to you, is it time? You must answer this question. Is it time? Is this a Chazown for you? Is this the word of the Lord? Is it prophetic revelation that there is a window for South Carolina to go some place in the spirit that you have never gone before and get breakthrough that this state has probably never really seen? Is it time? Is it time? And are you going to go all the way or are you going to pour a slab and threw a party? I think that is what we do. I think we see a little bit of progress and get excited and the next thing you know we have been blindsided by the enemy. We are reeling and we don't know what is happening. Then someone comes along 16 years later and says, 'oh man, we are a mess'. How many of you have been there, have that tee shirt and all that stuff? Me too.

Well, there is another picture. This one they went all the way. Nehemiah goes back to restore the city and rebuild the walls. There is a lot of opposition but they get all the walls rebuilt. Chapter 6:1 says and uses the word 'eth' strategic time - the "kairos", this opportune season (very vulnerable but very important) can go all the way or we can go backwards. It says this 'the walls were in place but the gates and doors were not yet restored'. I am going to give you what I believe is a prophetic insight right now. I don't know how this translates practically but here is what I heard the Lord say to me during the worship - South Carolina has more than once rebuilt the walls but they have never had the gates and doors in place. I don't fully know what that means. I suspect that there are some things that probably 10, 15, 20, 30 years ago in our spiritual walk and journey we just did not understand how to get some past things repented of, some wounds healed, rebuilding some things, dealing with governmental issues of sin and unrighteousness. We probably were not far enough along in our thinking and the prayer movement and the unity and networking that God has done in the past few years. I don't know all the reasons but I am going to tell you right now you have rebuilt the walls before but you have never got the doors and gates in place. Now we have come to another 'eth' "kairos" window of opportunity. Are we going to go all the way or are we going to para ra'ah miss an opportunity by letting it slip through the fingers? Because Daniel 7 says satan comes along and he tries to alter time and law. He tries to change God's appointed time for us. He doesn't do that by changing God's mind. He does it by getting us into a mode or place for whatever reason just like he did those Israelites in Haggai's day. He gets us to a place where we are not able to cooperate either because we didn't recognize it or because we didn't know how or sin or complacency crept in and we didn't go all the way. He succeeded just like he did Israel that came out of Egypt, just like he did Jerusalem in Luke 19, he altered our time. We had a window, we had a "kairos" we had an opportunity but we did not see it fulfilled. South Carolina is going to have to go all the way this time.

South Carolina is going to have to have a corporate mindset. I am going to say something right now-this is not a rebuke but it is still a hard word for some leaders to hear. But I am going to say it anyway. You are moving into a season where it is going to be very critical that you begin to think right now more big picture corporality than just for your own vision. You are going to have to become intentional about thinking whole, corporate, what God is saying to us about as a state….now that does not mean you lay down your vision, that does not mean that you forget about your local church or your ministry or whatever your leadership role is. It does not mean to you say, 'OK that vision is done, we are not going to care anything about that anymore, we are not gonna take care of our own thing here'. It does not mean that. It means that while you are doing that you sort of rise to a little bit higher level for a season. You say, you know what? While I am doing that I am going to see, I'm gonna make sure that I have a clear word from the Lord about how my little part fits into the big part and how I can join together with my South Carolina partners here so we can hear a word from the Lord and go all the way through this window'. I don't know how that came across. Did we get that or not? I am not filling resistance. I just want to make sure that you are hearing my heart on that and you feel like you know what I mean. Do you think you do? If you don't, I am going to say it again. Some of these little statements that come out so quickly and you move on are so of the most important. That is one of the most important things I have said all night.

Long Pause) In fact I just hear the Lord saying right now, "There is a stronghold of division, there is a stronghold cloaked in a very subtle way hidden in this state because of some of the roots in this state there is a very subtle thing. It has now become somewhat hidden to the obvious observer because there has been some progress made and there is a degree of unity that has come but there is still a stronghold under the surface of--of I'm not going to use the word division because that is really not what I'm seeing something a little different. I am not seeing animosity. I'm not seeing warring going on between brothers and sisters. I am seeing something that is a very subtle division that is not rooted in animosity or attacking one another it is rooted in a weak understanding of what the Lord wants to do. I hear the Lord saying that it is very much linked to your past. What He is saying to us right now is a part of breaking that. If the Body of Christ will rise up right now and begin to move forward aggressively through this window you will began to see a change not only in the church in the coming together of people, you will begin to see a change in your communities. You will begin to see a change across the board. You will begin to see that - and this I think is one of the windows we have never fully gone through here, I didn't see it until now - You are going to see a completing of the breaking through of the racism. You are going to see a completing of the breaking through of the walls of denominationalism, sectarianism that have divided because as you go through this, it is going to permeate every level of society, the Lord says, and you are going to see it manifest itself even in the government of this state. I am going to begin to tear down walls, if you will go through this window, says the Lord. I am going to begin to tear down walls that will even cause you great consternation and surprise because you are going to see people begin come together, work together and lay down divisive things that are not even doing it in the context of churches and Christianity. You are going to see political leaders that at one time warred against one another they will bury the hatchet, they will begin to come together and you will see those that have been diametrically opposed, ideologically opposed, you will begin to see them work together because I am trying to fracture something that is centuries old, says the Lord, it is a stronghold that has kept you from going all the way because it has divided you at right times - not right times for you, but right times for the enemy and kept you from going all the way and if you go through this window right now, push all the way through it, the Lord says, it is not only going to bring forth my life-the life in the church it is going to permeate every area of this culture and society.

And so I feel we should stand right now and just lay hold of this for a minute. And we may move on and cover a couple of other things but this is too important. Let's just begin to pray. Just begin to lift your voice. Pray in the Spirit. Let's just see where the Lord wants to go with this one. And Chuck, if you have anything get up here fast because I feel this one very strongly. Now Lord, we thank you for what you are doing as You begin to show the church how You show strategic leaders how to come together in a new way…in a way that they have never been able to come together before so that they can go through the window and go all the way this time. Lord bring forth the proper words, the proper revelation and expose the subtle theologies or ways of thinking that are not demonic, they are not divisive on the surface, they are not bad, they have just no gone far enough. I am asking You Lord to show your leaders in this state how to begin to come together in a way that would bring strategic alignment WHILE they carry out their vision. WHILE they march forward with what You have given them individually. But they also link arms and begin to do it in a fresh way. I am asking You Lord to help them go all the way. And Lord I am asking through that to break through these walls that have been raised in this state between north and south, between races, between religions, between, Lord, brothers and sisters and let us break this thing once and for all in Jesus' name.

Now let's do this. Let's just link arms with someone right across the way and just declare right now -- and actually link your arms -- and declare that the isolationist spirit that is over this particular state will begin to break. It is a spirit of isolation. It is something that is isolating people from coming in to all of what God has for them to come into. It is not that you are resisting each other. You are isolating yourself and not aligning yourself properly to come in. Lord, we declare right now that spirit of isolation is beginning to break in Jesus' name. Father, we declare a new shield of authority forming--A new shield of faith forming in this state. Father, we declare right now where holes have come in to this state and into the Body of Christ and into its faith, we declare a new shield is forming. And I would say to you that there is crisis at hand. There is crisis at hand in the land and I have brought you together to shut a door, saith the Lord. And not only will you go through a window, but you are called at this time to shut a door. Have I not even directed the President of this land to go across the earth to declare that this is a time for slavery and its' power to be broken. And I would say to you because of the entry way into this state I will give you as a people an opportunity to shut the door to domination of races in this land. I would say to you, you will shut a door that has been there and I would say this is a time that you will either rise up in crisis and you will begin to even move in a new way - you will not secede this time but I am calling you to lead this time, saith the Lord. I say begin to lead in a new way. Even the identity over this state, I say I am ready to change. I am ready to make a shift for you are seen in one way but I am saying I am going to cause you to be seen in another way, saith the Lord.

(Chuck pauses in the spirit then begins to pray.)

Now Father, we come right now and we ask You right now to begin to rest down on this state in a whole new way. Lord, we declare whatever turn this state took in 1987 which shifted it away from your ultimate purpose we say Lord bring us back to that place and accelerate us forward. Lord, we say whatever occurred in 67, 1867 that was so devastating when there was an opportunity to turn right, we say Lord this is a time for a turning back to the full purpose of God. And the Lord said, " I can create and I can change things in a day' saith the Lord. And I would say that this is a time of leadership in this state that will cause a nation to begin to quake. I would say to you that it is very important the shift in leadership, governmentally that is going on in this state at this time. For I would say a wind is coming as a sign. Watch for the strong wind that comes across this state this season, saith the Lord. And when you hear the sound of the wind in the myrtle bush or at Myrtle Beach, saith the Lord when you hear the sound of the wind and the wind is heard about as it comes across Myrtle Beach I would say to you that signifies that change has come, RISE UP AND ENTER IN, SAITH THE LORD.
