Friday Morning - Chuck Pierce (continued from Part 1)

Now I'm just gonna pick up where Pastor Dutch left off last night and then what we will do this morning, I feel the Lord stirring in some things that we want to get to a place this morning so we can pray and ask Him to bring certain changes in today. Look at your neighbor and say 'it's time to shift today'. And so we want to enter into that place of shifting. One of the things the Lord keeps speaking to me is: It is time for this whole state to put on a new identity. It is time for a new identity to come. Because when you hear about South Carolina you have certain preconceived thought processes that come into you. I mean nation wide when people say the state of South Carolina, people begin to think certain things. Now, with that, I want you to write down and you don't even have to be here in South Carolina today. You can say, if I heard the state name of South Carolina what would be the first thought that comes to my mind? What did she say? GRITS. (Laughter) Listen, do you know I went down this morning (because they give this huge breakfast at the place where we are staying) I went down this morning and I said 'Where are the grits?'. And she pointed me over to a package. I said, 'But I'm in South Carolina". You see, it has an identity. God deals with a territory just like He deals with an individual. And so, today we want to look at certain things. And then, there are a lot of things that come into that particular territory to stop that identity that God has and its fullness from being manifested in this particular region. In other words, there is something God has planned before the foundation of the earth to do with this people in this particular boundary. Because of that the enemy wants to do everything he can do to prevent the fullness of that from happening. So today we want to look at that and address that. You know, one excellent scripture-one principle of covenant that you find in Genesis 15 is that once Abram made this relationship and came into this covenant with God - remember God had been dealing with Abraham. Abraham had been walking with God. God had met with Abraham three or four times. Abraham began a journey when God first met with him and He said if you will leave Ur of the Chaldees (in other words the queen of heaven worship)-see it was a worship issue. It is always going to be a worship issue. He said if you would leave this land and its form of worship and follow me to another land I will promise you that certain things will begin to happen. And so Abram left. And then after two or three meetings (really I think it was about four meetings) with the Lord, Abram then came into this place where he entered into a faith dimension and the Word of God says that God accounted it to him for righteousness. And then you know the story, he made a covenant with him. That means he agreed. God came down. God said, "I AM" and I will do this on your behalf. This is my destiny for you. This is what I have for you. This is what I want to do with you. And here are the boundaries that I am going to do it in. Remember in Genesis 15 (Oh, let's just look there for a moment so you see this.) because I want to show you how many times we don't enter in to the identity that God has for us insides the boundaries that He set us. And so here in Genesis 15 once God does this with Abram He of course changes his name to Abraham and then Abraham asks a great question of the Lord. The Lord said in verse 7 "I am the Lord who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldees to give you this land to inherit it - to possess it. Look at your neighbor and say 'I have an inheritance'. The word inheritance simple means we go through a lot of definitions of it, but it simply means 'you have a portion'. God has allotted you a portion not only in eternity, but in this life. And so, it says here, so he said to him bring me a goat, bring me a heifer. And God made a covenant with him. And when He did that, notice what He said to him. He said, "Know certainly" in verse 13 "that your descendants will be strangers in a land that's not theirs and they will serve them and they will afflict them for 400 years." Now who's that for an encouraging word? But let me say this to you. There comes a time were the 400 year process is over. And one of the things I was seeing last night when Pastor Dutch was speaking was that there's a season over in the history of South Carolina. There comes a time when 400 years has ended. And you don't live the same way you lived the past 400 years. You don't do the same thing. Because God is ready to bring you to, and into a fullness of what He had planned originally for your-HIS ORIGINAL INTENT. And so, then He said to them, He said, 'I will judge this nation and afterwards you shall come out with great possessions'. In other words, after these 400 years, I am going to release you and not only am I going to release you, I am going to transfer the wealth that is necessary for you to enter in to what I have for you in the future. And then notice what happens here. He says you won't be seeing this because you are going to have peace. But notice what He says, 'But in the fourth generation you shall return to this promise that I am giving you, to this place that I am giving you for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete'. Now how's that for a peculiar passage? In other words, the demons that's been in the midst of your promise, I am going to bring their iniquity to completion and then it is time for the power of that iniquity to break. Now this morning I want to say to you, there is time for certain iniquitous patterns that's been in South Carolina, that have affected this nation-God is saying right now there is a window of opportunity for these iniquitous patterns to be broken. And that is what Pastor Dutch is saying. If you miss that window to deal with the iniquities that have come to a fullness, what's going to happen is you are not going to transfer the power and the wealth that have been stored and hoarded thru the iniquitous structure over into the kingdom of God. Now hear me. If you don't make the right shift at the right time, all of that the iniquitous structure has been keeping back from moving into God's kingdom plan (and been holding back from moving into God's kingdom plan) if you don't make the right move at the right time, that doesn't get shifted into the future of the next generation. Now look at your neighbor and say it is time to shift.

And so, you get further along and you see that finally 470 years later they shift and they go up against this iniquitous structure. And all of the book of Joshua is about is a book about transferring the wealth from one ruling force over into God's plan so that His promise can be fulfilled. So the book of Joshua becomes a book of the transfers of wealth from one structure ruled by a dark kingdom into a structure that is linked into His covenant blessings. And so when you see that there is a window of opportunity or perfect time, that is what God is about. That's what He is doing at a certain place at a certain time.

And then notice this; He gave them the boundaries that they were to operate in. He said (v.18) I will you (to your descendents) this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. In other words, here's your boundaries and every demon force within those boundaries I am giving over to you. See, some of you don't look at your inheritance like that. You don't look at God here's-first of all you want the Lord to say-Number 1, if you want to take notes: You want the Lord to show you 'Where is my boundaries'. Where are the boundaries of my promise? And then He says that everything in those boundaries-there will come a time where everything in those boundaries, it doesn't matter how evil they are, it doesn't matter what they have been doing in the past, I am going to transfer their strength under your control. That's how we are going to have to move and operate to see our nation come back in to the purpose that God has and to see South Carolina (which has great influence in this nation) really perform its role to influence this nation in days ahead. And if you don't hit that window of opportunity, if you don't make that transfer, you don't come into all that God has for you.

And so, you know the story, you can just follow that story all the way thru into the place and you know the mantel transferred from Abraham to Isaac, from Isaac to Jacob. And the when Jacob transferred the mantel or garment (garment in the Word of God is equated to identity) and so when it transferred into the generation that Jacob was to rule and rein in and he put that multicolored coat on Joseph (when Jacob transferred it to Joseph) all of a sudden demon forces rose up in the midst of God's covenant plan to remove that identity. And so when the brothers ripped off that coat of many colors, when they tore up that garment, what they were saying was this, we know that if we get one portion, Joseph will get two portions, therefore we are going to destroy this mantel of inheritance for the future. Now see, that is the enemies plan. And we also find a first principle there where in the midst of God's covenant people, God's covenant people begin to war against each other. Therefore, we never come into the fullness of our identity. And so, you know the story, there they take that mantel covered with blood, that garment back to Jacob and they said your son has been killed and here is the garment. Well it devastated Jacob. Because that was, Jacob knew that was the identity of the future. That was the inheritance. That was the mantel that had been given to extend the posterity of God-the blessings of God into the next generation. So the circle of God's blessings and plan would continue to move forward and be able to be connected and be able to be extended. So there comes things within (that release of God's inheritance) where the enemy rises up a plan to actually break the cycle of life so you can't move forward. And what Pastor Dutch was saying last night was you are under a grace, supernatural place of grace right now, where God is saying things can reconnect. So that is what we want to do this morning is reconnect the things. Now one of the materials that we have back there-I have a book back there, I have two linked with the prophetic because see prophecy is simply this-it is speaking the mind and heart of God. It is expressing God's heart and His mind into a people so they fully understand God's redemptive plan over them so that redemptive plan doesn't get stomped by the enemy. So let me just say it in a little different way than what Dutch said last night. When God comes down and visits you He has a plan (Number 1) personally for you. He has a plan just for you. He loves you tremendously. But then that plan that He has for you (and Dutch said this so eloquently last night) that promise that He has for you (Number 2) is going to have to connect corporately for it to come in to its fullness. In other words, we need each other because we don't have it all. Look at your neighbor and say 'you ain't got it all'. Now look at them and say 'You need what I've got'. Now look at them and say 'you need me whether you like me or don't like me'. Now look at them and say 'you need me even thou my color is a little different from you'. See, none of that matters to God because the third dimension of a prophetic promise-see, some of our promises don't go anywhere because we become an island in ourselves. And once you become an island in yourself your promise is only going to go into a certain level instead of coming into its fullness that God has for you. And so, you have to find your place corporately.

So we find the same principle in the New Testament that we found in the Old Testament-God has a place for you. Now let's look at Acts 17 so you see this principle even from one more aspect because the third dimension of promise is called, is territorial. In other words, once you connect corporately, then that promise is going to start bring transformation into the actual territory that God has placed you in. South Carolina can change. Once we seek God and we meet with God and then we find our place in God's overall corporate plan, then the territory begins to change. Acts 17 says this, verse 24, God who made the world and everything in it, since that He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. He is Lord of heaven and earth. Remember, He told Abraham that He was possessor of heaven and earth. You always have to recognize God's character first, and then you can enter into the manifestation of God's character. I'd better say that again. Until you recognize the character of God in your midst, His quality, His being in your midst, you will never enter into the promise and fullness of what that character can begin to manifest in you. And so, once you recognize Him as possessor of heaven and earth, you can possess heaven and earth. In other words, you can connect heavens plan in to earth. And earth will reflect what God is saying in heaven for (and here's the fourth dimension of promise) for not only that territory but for the generation to come. You will pull down into the earth realm what God has and what He is doing right now and then you're able to put on that mantel and release it into the next generation. What we are doing right now is warring for the next generation. Then it says this (v.25) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands as though He needed anything since He gives to all life, breath and all things. Now just take a breath. Where'd that come from? How'd you get that? Take one more breath. He gives to you that breath. You couldn't even breathe if He didn't let you breathe. Now isn't that a humbling aspect? We are dependent upon Him, right here in South Carolina, to breathe. And then He says this (v.26) And He hath made from one blood every nation of man to dwell on all the face of the earth. Now look at your neighbor and say 'we came out of the same pot'. Well that just causes us to have to lay down a lot of stuff. Doesn't it? And then notice what it says here-and has determined their pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings. In other words, He set your boundaries in place just like He did Abraham. And He will account it to you for righteousness when you respond to Him so that your promise can manifest in those boundaries. That your promise can connect corporately in those boundaries. That you can begin to not only find your place, but you can begin to see the boundaries reflect heavens will. See that is what the whole issue of transformation is about. Will we in the earth realm be wearing such a mantel of God's glory that the land actually begins to respond and the blessings of the land respond to the glory that God's people are wearing from heaven? And every place you walk in the land, every place your foot steps and you tread, everything you tread on there, that glory is permeating from heaven thru you and the land has to respond to it. Now there is a strategy for South Carolina today. There is an identity for you personally today. There is a release of this promise activation today that God wants to do. There is an understanding that He wants to bring to you that you have a tremendous part in the destiny of this nation. You individually. Because He said I have set you there, I have predetermined your time and your boundaries so that you could seek Me in the hope that you might grope for Me and find Me. Now just stick your hand out and grab hold. If you are at the right place (now hear me-keep that hand up) if you are at the right place at the right time, you can grab hold of God and God manifest down in your midst. Look at your neighbor and say 'I'm in the right place at the right time today'. The enemy hates that. The enemy hates a meeting or gathering like this because he knows you have enough strength and there is enough representation here in this entire state that all of a sudden you could reach up and grab God, God could come down into your midst and it could change the whole state and affect the whole nation.

And so, what we want to do today-now remember Joseph. Joseph lost that mantel. Actually Jacob thought the mantel had been destroyed. Matter of fact, he thought the future of God's plan had been destroyed. But notice what the Word of God says about Joseph. It says that even when he got down in Egypt, Joseph found favor with the Lord. So, in other words, just because Joseph was betrayed by his brother, did that mean that he had lost God's favor forever? Now here's a question I have for you. You can either wear betrayal the rest of your life or you can decide to take betrayal off and put on favor. Today I feel like God is saying, 'I got a new identity for you. I want you to take certain things off and I want you to be wearing that identity (you remnant group that's here) so that the church in South Carolina comes into the fullness of its new identity'. Now, let's look at that just for a moment. Let's look back at Genesis and let's just follow that for a moment so we see that fully. What we are going to do then I want to follow all the way through for the next 20 minutes or so, on how to get on that new garment. And then Pastor Dutch is going to come up after we take our break and he is going to put things in place so that we are actually shifted into what we need to be shifted into here as a state inside this nation and you as an individual inside the state. Now to better understand this, I can't teach all this and that is why we do bring these materials. I got a book out there. I got very ill a couple of years ago and in that illness I said, "Lord, what in the world?" because it was, it was touch and go and I said 'what in the world are you saying?' And He spoke to me very clearly. He said, "The best is yet ahead". And so in that He showed me how to move from one dimension of my prophetic promise, when it seemed to be stalled, into the next dimension of it. And so, what the enemy would love to do is to use your circumstances to stop you from moving fully into what God has for you. This book is really a blessing. It's a book about warring with your prophetic promise. So it's out there for you. Its companion book, which has just been released, called When God Speaks, because we are going to end up this morning by understanding that once revelation comes the real issue is 'how do you process the revelation that God has given you?' How do you process the promise He has given you? So this book is probably the simplest book on understanding the prophetic--how to evaluate the prophetic. It has two chapters on dreams. It has an appendix at the back that will help you interrupt your dreams because God is always trying to communicate with His people. If you are at the right place, at the right time, you can grope for Him and find Him and know what He is saying to you. So those two books together are very important for us. And then I have a fun book back there. It has probably been around the world more than any of the books I have written. It is called Ridding Your Home of Spiritual Darkness. Good Book! It's not a real scary book. What this book does is it shows you how many times (it's not called in the bible generational curse) the generation iniquitous pattern that has been in your family bloodline, or even in a territory, is sometimes linked with an object that you have. And it shows you what to do. My wife helped Becky and I write a chapter on this so that you don't ruin your kids. You know, you try to work with them. I've got six kids so they are constantly cleaning out their room. And I am helping them. So you want to learn how to do that without just wiping them out. In the back of it, it has an appendix on how to address the Freemason curses. Now hear me. By degree. Because in each degree of Freemasonry (Freemasonry is so prevalent throughout our nation) it is linked back in to Egypt. That is why we have a lot of disease in our nation-a lot of sickness. So if infirmity is a major ruling force in South Carolina, remember the Lord said 'I will put none of these diseases on you that came out of Egypt'. But when we start establishing Freemasonry, which is an Egyptian type of worship, in our midst what is going to happen is, it is going to perpetuate disease operation. What you are going to begin to see in this is in every degree you take a covenant or oath that is contrary to the oath of God as you progress through those degrees. And as you do that, what you are doing is blocking yourself ultimately from the ultimate expression of God in your life. So this book helps you to go through and over turn those by degree. A lot of people will confess the sin of Freemasonry but they will never deal with the covenant expression that they have voiced from their mouth. Because the power of covenant, once you express it by the confession, it's where harmony occurs. That's what the word means. So if you are confessing what heaven is say, you are going to get heaven. If you are confessing what the dark world is ruling and reigning in (no matter how good it is), that is what you are going to get. And so it is very important that you understand this. We travel enough that we know when we go into places, especially at 3:58 last night when you get visited by the spirits of those regions, we sort of know what the ruling spirit is in that region. And we know where it is coming from and what is happening there in that region. See, that's one of the reasons God will bring some of us in here for you. We are a gift to you to help you so you break out from under something that is afflicting your mind to convince you of something less that what God has for you. See? And so it is important. And in my background, my wife says 'you can go all over the world teaching about demons because you have had them all'. So, you know. You don't need to be prideful in all that. My family had so much potential. But how many know that potential doesn't get it? You each have potential in you to explode in God and to have all His blessings but you are going to have to enter in to all of what God has and what He says to reap that. So what my dad did-he got to a point and then he went the other direction and all of those blessings that God had for him (which were enormous blessings-we had a wonderful, wonderful inheritance) got corrupted and got lost. How many have lost or feel like they have lost certain blessing that God had for them or never entered into the fullness of those blessings? Well, if that is you, God has a way that He wants to break you out of some old mindset and have you enter in to all that God has for you. What He did when he visited me when I was in the hospital, when I was 18, He actually visited me three days and He spoke to me and He said "I CAN RESTORE ALL YOU HAVE LOST". It doesn't matter what the losses have been. It doesn't matter how you have strayed. I can restore that." Now I have gone through a process in my life because I did a lot of research in possessing your inheritance on how trauma gets down into our DNA structure. See that's actually -- once you go through a trauma or once you have an iniquitous pattern in your DNA (and this is something we are going to deal with today)--once you have an iniquitous pattern in the DNA of the territory that you are a part of, or the bloodline that you are a part of, once that there is an iniquitous pattern what happens is when the sperm (which is actually linked with river of life) when that emits from the body and joins with the egg, that iniquitous pattern is woven into the next generation. And if there is not a generation or if we as a generation don't come to a place sometimes and say 'Wait a minute. I don't have to sin the way my granddaddy sinned. I don't have to sin the way my daddy sinned. I don't have to do that. I don't have to do what my mother's family did.' All of a sudden there comes a generation saying 'We are not going to go back with that same old pattern again. We are not going to be the Amorites where this iniquity after ten generations comes into a fullness; we are going to break the power of that iniquity now.' But then if you say 'I'm not going to break the power of that iniquity. I'm just going to turn my head and hope it will go away'-- it won't go away. Because trauma, your DNA structure has a memory and that's what satan gains access in to. That is what he speaks into to capture you and to stop you from moving into the fullness that God has for you and every generation. Now look at your neighbor and say 'I'm moving forward'. So when Dutch says you are going all the way, what he is saying is this -- We are going to face these iniquities off in this land, we are going to start gathering together, we are going to start worshiping together. We are not going to allow the same old pattern that has been here in the past to keep manifesting. Matter of fact, now that the cycle (there is a cycle over South Carolina even with Strum Thurmond dying and that being so public nationally) there is a cycle that God is ready. He is focusing His eye down on you and He is saying 'I am ready to bring some changes so you come in to a whole new dimension'. Turn to your neighbor and say IN THREE DAYS. Now I am telling you.

Now, remember in the life of Joseph-let's just look at this very quickly. Remember Joseph's garment got taken off of him but his favor did not get removed. We find in Genesis 39 once Joseph is down in Egypt (let me quickly show you this) it says that in verse 2 'And the Lord was with Joseph and he was a successful man.' In other words, betrayal from his brothers did not keep him from moving forward. Now are you going to let past betrayal structures, past covenant breaking structures that have been in South Carolina, keep you from receiving the favor for the future? Say NO ! But you have that choice. You do have that choice. And if you do that what's going to happen is the power of betrayal that you did not deal with is going to go on to the next generation. Now notice also what happens where-remember that then Joseph is working for Potiphar, he's got favor, and here is that Jezebel type structure, Potiphar's wife wants the favor Joseph has for her own good. See that is how Jezebel works. And so she grabs hold of him. In verse 11 of chapter 39 it says 'But it happened about this time when Joseph went into the house to do his work and none of the men of the house were inside, that she caught him by his garment and said lie with me, but he left his garment in her hand and fled and ran outside'. This boy is now without a garment again. And notice what she does. She falsely accuses him. She tries to thwart or move that favor in to her own well being. Now Joseph has a choice (you know the story, he gets in prison). Does he let that false accusation and domination from a wrong authority structure stop him from moving forward? See, if he does what is going to happen is he is never going to step back into the mantel that God originally had for him. And see that is what the enemy tries to do. He tries to bring a circumstance in your life to remove your identity in a certain way that you can't step in to that identity and wear it ***. (last few words of front side of tape 2 cut off) So Joseph keeps moving. Remember in prison he keeps prophesying and he keeps interpreting dreams. And it says here, I love what it says in verse 23 Whatever he did the Lord made it prosper even in prison. How many of you have ever felt like you have just been in a spiritual prison? I mean now you have a choice. You can make it prosper or you can allow the power of that prison to invade the identity that God has given you. And so here we see Joseph when he is interpreting this dream in chapter 40 he says to them 'when you get out, remember me'. Notice what the scripture says here. Yet the chief butler (verse 23) did not remember Joseph, but forgot him'. Now does that mean Joseph is going to turn his back on God and everything he knew that God had ordained for him? Is he going to let abandonment, is he going to let rejection be that garment that he wears for the rest of his life and just instead of prospering in the midst of his circumstance, wear the garment of the past that represents his captivity? See, a lot of times rejection (and that is one of satan's greatest strategies) rejection, abandonment will convince you that you have been left by God and therefore bitterness come in to you and you don't press on through that window. But notice what happens where. God moves on the governmental official, Pharaoh, gives him a dream, and He activates the gift that Joseph has never let go of. And Joseph is brought out of prison and he uses that gift. Notice it says here in Genesis 41:14 so you see this-Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph and they brought him quickly out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself and changed his clothing and came to Pharaoh. There he has a new garment on again. Because he never let the garment of rejection, abandonment, false accusation, domination and betrayal ever become a part of his identity. So God puts a new garment on him and SUDDENLY (everybody say SUDDENLY) SUDDENLY he is not only in a new place, but SUDDENLY he has a new garment on and SUDDENLY he's not the tail but he's the head, and SUDDENLY he's the greatest influence in the land. That's what Dutch means when he says SUDDENLY. SUDDENLY because of his heart he is pulled out of that prison. SUDDENLY he is given the influence for the future and you know the whole issue. God begins to re-orchestrate circumstances because it is not Egypt's garment that He wants Joseph to wear. It is the original garment linked with His covenant that He wants Joseph to get back on so Joseph can be a demonstration of His promise in the earth realm so all can see that promise that God has on him. So He orchestrates his brothers. He orchestrates the weather, God does. He changes everything and does everything He can do to re-clothe him and get him positioned for the inherited promise. God will do everything He can to position you for that promise that He ordained for you but it is linked with not only you but the corporateness, the territory and the generation to come. And there Joseph eventually reconnects.

Now look at this one scripture to end this with in Genesis 45 and then we will look at the New Testament for a moment. Joseph has to reconnect with Jacob because you see Jacob had the mantel, gave the mantel and then the mantel was brought back to him desecrated. Are you aware that that happens in certain generations in South Carolina? You have a mantel-God has a purpose-the purpose gets desecrated and it goes back into a place because it never could be fulfilled and it's got to come into some sort of reconnection. So not only are your boundaries important, not only is your identity important, but the connections that you have become very important. And notice here that the brothers go back and they tell their father and say to him in verse 26: Joseph is still alive and he is governor over all the land of Egypt. Now notice what it says: Jacob's heart stood still because of the unbelief. Now hear me. All of a sudden here's the same brothers who have brought him a mantel and lied to him 17 years prior. Now hear me. They said Joseph is dead and here is that mantel that you gave him (in hope that Jacob would give that mantel to one of them). But Jacob couldn't give the mantel to one of them because it wasn't in God's plan for the leadership of the future. Here they comes back and are now saying 'Joseph is not only is alive, but he is ruling all of Egypt now'. Jacob says, "Sure he is". Are you aware that your heart can get so crusty and so hard with unbelief that when someone comes and says 'here's the window of opportunity for South Carolina and God's going to do something SUDDENLY' you can say "Oh, sure He is". See, that is what Jacob did. He couldn't believe. The words couldn't penetrate down into his spirit. The words couldn't get in him. It couldn't change his mind because he had been living in this lie for so long the lie had actually become a reality to him. He had been living in the lie so long that his inheritance had been stopped and would never come into it's fullness that the lie had become a reality for him. Therefore, the lie was reality instead of God's plan and His ultimate purpose that He was trying to resurrect. Let me tell you something-it is time for South Carolina, it's time for this nation, and it's time for YOU to make some incredible shifts. It's time for you to individually say, 'Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute Lord--even though the devil has tried to convince me that I have lost a portion of my inheritance and my promise, THERE IS A WAY FOR YOU TO RESURRECT THIS. There is a way for YOU to ignite faith in me again. There is a way for YOU to release me again to move forward. There is a way for You to re-clothe me again-to put favor on me so everyone sees that favor. And so notice what happens (verse 27) But when they told him (see that is why the voice is so important) when they told him all the words which Joseph had said to them, only words which Joseph would know and only words that Jacob would know, (see that is why the prophetic is so important because all of a sudden Joseph started speaking to the brothers that prophetic destiny that had been placed in him for his future (he started reciting it) and the brothers said, 'This is Joseph'. Only Joseph could know this. When they went back and told Jacob and started speaking that prophetic destiny out loud, all of a sudden it says that when he saw the carts which Joseph had sent-when he saw the wagons filled with supply that was there for their future so they would not die in famine, all of a sudden look what it says here, 'the Spirit of Jacob was revived'. See, that's revival. Revival comes when all of a sudden you believe what God has said about you in the past, you get past all your betrayals, you get past all your accusations, you get past all of the covenant breaking, you get past all of the domination, you get past of all the rejection, you get past all the abandonment, you get past of that lie that satan has convinced you and all of a SUDDEN REVIVAL COMES INTO YOUR SPIRIT. Turn to your neighbor and say 'it's time for South Carolina to be revived'. The heart in the word of God is interchanged with the spirit and the mind. So when Dutch was saying last night 'change your mind' all of a sudden we see what it really looks like. Your heart, which has a crust over it, that says God is not able. See, that's the way poverty speaks. Poverty has a voice. It doesn't matter how much money you have. Poverty has a voice and says 'God's not able to do this-God's not able to resurrect that-God's not able to do this thing'. So then you know the story, Jacob goes down, reconnects with Joseph and the mantel of God is then put back in to place and extended into the future. This is a putting back in place time that God is doing.

Now hear me and let me end this session by saying this and showing you something from the New Testament that is important. We are in a peculiar season right now. Remember I said when the Lord began to speak to me-He actually visited me one morning in May of 1999 and He began to give me an outline of things to come for our nation. And I started seeing topics. I started seeing government changing. I started seeing lawlessness…the antichrist system. The antichrist system has (5) five dimensions that you need to learn to discern in your region because it has such a religious anointing about it-a false anointing. See, the anointing works (3) three ways. You will have the anointing of God, you can have the anointing self or you can have the anointing of satan with great charisma. That's what Hitler had. And what it does is it has a religion about it and it is really convincing. So God begin to show me all of this. He showed me topics like women arising in the future. He showed me topics (I love this one) the transference of wealth in the future. I am going to give you a list at the end of this for South Carolina. And then I loved one topic He showed me. He said 'prayers that will outwit the devil'. He said 'I've got a people that's stronger than any force of hell in this earth realm and I am about to raise them up. I am going to put a new prayer mantel on them. They are going to pray like never before and I am going to visit them from heaven. Heaven will be seen in the earth realm to those who make this shift'. So I wrote that in the book Future War of the Church which is back there for us. But yet when I was seeing that (I was thinking about what Dutch was saying last night) it was like when I kept saying 'we are headed into war'. There is a religious structure arising in our midst. I talk on militant Islam. I said it is very dangerous and the church must understand these paradigms for the future. All of a sudden the enemy said 'wait a minute, I have to shut this up'. And I will tell you how specific the enemy was. I started getting so much flack over that book. The day that book was released was the day my body cratered. Because you know words, what it does if you don't have your guard and shield of faith up properly, words will go down into your inner parts and affect you greatly. So God said 'You let me rebuild your shield to withstand this war for the future'. Now He is saying this to all of us right now. And by understanding the times-in September 2001 (and it wasn't the tragedy of the World Trade Center) we entered into a year called The Beginning of War for Seven Years. We are in a seven year war season that we are living in. And so the war won't end tomorrow. It is a war over God's covenant plan and that is why these meetings are so important to see in every boundary that God has determined this boundary called South Carolina that there is a covenant people that know how to grope for Him and find Him. And so we entered into a season called The Beginning of Wars for Seven Years over God's covenant plan. Now, that was in September and that goes to September-went to September 2002, the first year of that warfare. And we really saw it. We saw the manifestation of it. This is the year we are in (and it is a peculiar year) and it means A Sabbath Day Rest Year. In other words, in the midst of war how do you rest? Rest means to cease and desist from the strategies that have kept your striving in the past and enter in to a new dimension of faith. This is year for us to enter in to a new dimension of faith. It also means this-however we respond this year is how the next five years will set their course. Now that is important. That's why we knew that going through April of next year that we needed to visit these states to give a call and say 'wait a minute, rise up'. God's got a new mantel for you. He's got a new identity for you. He wants to release you in a new way. He wants to press you through in a new way. He wants you to put on the identity He has for you this year so you will enter in to that supernatural grace window that He has for you for the next five years and the changes that He's wanting to bring from heaven will manifest in the earth realm. Look at your neighbor and say, 'We're gonna enter in'.

Now let's end by looking at this. What did Jesus do? You know Jesus just went about changing their mind when it was time to enter in. Let's just look at a couple of issues that He did. Look at Matthew 9. Jesus knows that it is time for the paradigm to change. He knows that John has been a forerunner but now Jesus is forerunning and bringing into fullness the new covenant. John has been forerunning saying 'it's coming' and Jesus is saying 'it's here'. Look to your neighbor and say 'it's here'. And so then all of a sudden-and again I just want to say this so you fully understand, I believe Israel made a shift and you always look at God's sovereign plan. Israel made a shift in 1967-1968. That is a forty year window to bring us into a whole new dimension in general. That leads us into the year 2007-2008. If we don't shift this year, what you will see is the covenant plan of God and the blessings of God that He had planned for our nation, our state, our lives, you will see them beginning to actually close up on us in the year 2007-2008. Therefore, this year becomes the most important year of us making a shift both spiritually and then voicing the belief of that shift. Because when we speak forth the plan of God into the earth realm about our lives and about what we're about, about what South Carolina is about for the future, all of a sudden those words take action and begin to recreate and reform the future. Very important for us. And Jesus said here it is time for the shift. Notice what He says. John's disciples come to Him in verse 14 and they say, 'Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don't fast?' In other words, why don't your disciples have to operate in the same method that we have to operate in? And Jesus just says it this way (I'll paraphrase it) You know fasting was fine for John when he was forerunning things but we are not fasting this season. We are not using that method this season. Let me say something to you. When it is time to make a shift and if you hang on to the old methods of the past, you are going to find yourself in big time trouble. Because those old methods (and this is how religious spirits come in and begin to work) those old methods will keep you out of the glory that God is trying to manifest now. And so, you just see this change start happening where old methods of the way we have always done it have to die. And then Jesus said this. He said it real simple. He said, you know, you can't put a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment for the patch pulls away from the garment and the tear is made worse. In other words, you try to patch up that old garment and it is actually going to end up being ripped worse. Then He says, you can't put new wine in an old wineskin or else both the old wine and the new wine neither will be preserved. Now I want to say something to South Carolina. You have a great history about you. You have an influencing history. A lot for bad. sort of like my life. A lot for bad-a lot for good. Yet right now God is creating a new structure over you. He's not saying don't look at the past. What he is saying is 'the past has its purpose but what I am doing today will create your future.' Look at what I am doing today. He said it this way and this is really what He was saying. 'If you expect Me to work just like I've been working in the past in your midst, your expectations of Me are much too small because I am going to be doing a new thing. Not only are we going to be making new wine, but we are going to be creating a new structure.' What I have seen religiously in this state is a lot of people want the new wine, but they are going to have to let the structure evolve. Because there will come a place where God stops pouring in and He actually for the benefit of both the past and the future, He stops everything. And there is a void that begins to come in and across you. Dutch has said you have a window of opportunity. You have got a window to move forward.

Now let's end by looking at verse 18-While he spoke these things unto them behold a ruler and worshipped Him saying, My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hand on her and she will live. While He was teaching this, here comes this circumstance into His path to teach them. He said, Would you come and bring what you have new into my house so my daughter can receive it and even though she is dead, she's sick, she will live if you will just come and bring that into our midst. Jesus rose and followed him and so did His disciples. Now I want to say something to you. There is a cry that can come from South Carolina in such a way that Jesus will begin to follow you. You can express such a need to the Lord where the Lord says 'wait a minute that people is responding to Me in such a way, I'm going to follow after them so I meet what they are crying out for'. See that's prayer. That is the type of prayer we are coming in to. We are not coming in to this old type of prayer. It's making a shift. We are crying out and saying 'wait a minute, Lord, it's time for the new (this child you find in another passage was 12 years old) it's time for the new administration to begin. Lord it looks like everything is dead. Lord, come now and do something!' Now as He is following this man going toward this child, notice what happened. SUDDENLY -- Everybody say SUDDENLY. Verse 19, verse 20 A women who had a flow of blood for 12 years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment. Here is this woman (12 means administration) the woman of the past administration says 'wait a minute, He's moving forward, I'm gonna press through and move forward with Him'. First of all, she's a woman. Women aren't suppose to do that. Let me tell you something. Jesus changed the cultural of thinking of women. That is one of the things you look for because the antichrist system, how you can determine how oppressive it is, is how oppressive the women are in a region. Now hear me. I write about that in Future War of the Church. That is why in Future War of the Church before Afghanistan was known, I said the greatest oppression in the earth realm is in Afghanistan . There will have to be a major blow up in Afghanistan because of how they are oppressing women. That says there is a structure there of antichrist that wants to oppress the whole world. And that was before any of that happened. Now I want say something to you. She pressed through. She pressed through past societies mores and understanding. She pressed through in such a way that she said, 'I don't care what all of the legalistic structure of the past has been, I am going to press forward. He's got a new garment on-a garment that I have never seen before. I'm gonna press through and touch it'. And when she touched it-noticed what happens here. Verse 21-She said if I can only touch his garment, I shall be made well. Jesus turned around and when He saw her, he said, 'Be of good cheer daughter your faith has made you well'. And the woman was made well from that hour. When Jesus came into the ruler's house and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing, He said to them "MAKE ROOM". In other words the first thing He is going to change is a worship sound that is not in line with the sound He is bringing in. Now hear me. That is what Worship Warrior is about. You find this principle from Genesis all the way through Revelation. He always comes to bring the sound that is necessary to meet the time and what He is trying to do. He said "make room". This isn't the sound for today. This isn't the sound that needs to be in this room. This isn't the sound that I am doing. We have two new CD's out there that you can get on trying to capture the sound of war and the sound of the supernatural miraculous that God is bringing in. There is a sound that has to precede a release. And so He says make room. When the crowd was put outside He went in, took her by the hand and the girl arose. And the report of this went out all over South Carolina. All over the land. The whole land was transformed.

Let me end by saying this to you. Get past the iniquitous patterns. Get past the woundings. Get past the infirmities that have held you and said you can't move forward. Get past the unbelief and press through, press through, press through into that which God has for you today. I have come to you and Pastor Dutch has come to you to say, "Let a new prayer mantel come on you so that you pray in such a way that you grab hold of God and what He has in heaven for South Carolina and for you personally today will be brought down into your midst.

Let's stand up.

Father, I thank you. Let's just lift our hands. With your hands up just ask the Lord to slip that old garment off of you. Just say pull it off. Lord, remove it. Lord, take it off of us. Take off the reproach of the past. Neutralize the strategy of hell that's in the midst of this state so that we don't wear the strategy of hell, but we wear the favor and power of God. Now just right now, just say, Lord remove this unbelief. Lord, remove the power of betrayal in this state. Remove the rejection. Remove the abandonment. Remove the fatherlessness that rules over this state. Remove the power of infirmity. Remove the power of false covenants that have ruled over this land. Lord, bring the reality of Your power, Your joy, Your plan, Your purpose, Your destiny, Your release into our midst. Lord, we put on a new garment of favor today in South Carolina. Now just let it come down on you. Let it just rest on you. Now just give a shout of victory up into the heavens. Lord, come down. Come down in the midst of this land. Now let's do this. Look at somebody and say, 'you're looking a lot better'.
