So I have great faith tonight that by the time we finish this evening and the morning session we will have turned some things for the state of South Carolina. Do you believe that? ….. through the synergistic power of agreement we can do something that will literally turn things in the spirit in this region…. What a glorious thing this must be to You for all of us to lay down our own agendas and schedules and vision and just prefer the corporate whole--to believe that the good of the body is more important than the good of the individual part--to believe that the corporate sum is greater.

No more missed opportunities. We are going to go right on into it this time. We are going to hear clearly. We're going to see clearly. We are going to move into a more complete prophetic mantel for intercession and motivation for the watchman annointing. And when all is said and done Lord, after You finish these two days we are going to have seen things shift. So give us clear words. Give us clear direction.

And Lord we stir up not only the watchman anointing to see and defend and protect and keep safe, but we stir up that watchman anointing that lays siege to cities and regions because Lord You said that that was one of the concepts of the watchman – to ambush and to lay siege, to watch a place so that we could cut off the supply lines of the enemy and the ways in which he has taken ground and held ground. Allow us to cut off his provision and to cut that which has given him place.

We are asking you for the Isaiah anointing that the crooked places would be made straight and the mountains be brought down and the valleys be lifted and that a highway would be created in South Carolina for the Spirit of the Lord to ride into this state on a white horse of victory with fire in His eyes and a sword in His hand declaring war on all the host of the enemy. The Lord of Host is His name. And we decree your name over this state right now--GOD OVER SOUTH CAROLINA.

"Remind them of their corporality". In other words that God is not just dealing with them as a person, but He is dealing with them as a corporate unit. that He is also dealing with us corporately as a city, dealing with us corporately as a state, dealing with us corporately as a nation or nations. At every level where there is corporate freedom and authority to make decisions and relate together in that way, to the same degree we have corporate responsibility. So you know, if you have corporate authority and you can vote and you have authority and rights and privileges as a group of people, then you are going to be weighed in the balances by the Lord as a corporate group and He is going to look at those decisions and He is going to deal with us in that way. . I could take you to places where the corporate faith or unbelief level of a region was judged by God. Not just did the person have faith but the corporate level of unbelief – Nazareth is a good example. God was not just able to deal with them – Jesus wasn't just able to deal with them as individuals there at Nazareth but the corporate unbelief level was at a point that shut down – not shut down in Him but kept from getting to them His power because of their corporate unbelief.

So it is very Biblical that we come and say God is dealing with the state of South Carolina. God will be looking at this state and saying 'How do they measure up'. There have been decisions made by this state, by leaders of this state, by the people of this state, by the government of this state, by individuals which are brought together into a corporate whole. He is measuring some things about the state of South Carolina and He is going to change some of that.

And the Lord said this to me. I wrote it down very quickly. "I AM CREATING A WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY FOR SOUTH CAROLINA." ….I said, 'Lord what is this window of opportunity all about?' I know that some of it is related to some things in the past because God is giving you an opportunity – and it want to say this because I know this prophetically, it is not just a window of opportunity but this is ANOTHER WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY. I heard the Lord say 'there is a cycle here in this state of getting to a certain place and within a certain closeness of proximity of revival, or breakthrough, or of turning some things, breaking some strongholds and getting to a place in the Spirit that would really radically shift this state, there is a cycle (that I saw in the Spirit) of getting to a certain point and stopping-losing the opportunity, getting to a certain point again-losing the opportunity and I saw this cycle. And so when the Lord said to me 'I am creating a window of opportunity' I know what He was saying to me is that they have come to another place where there is a window of opportunity to break through into some new things where God is concerned and His pouring out His Spirit upon the state of South Carolina that you have (and I don't know about maybe this region, this place right here) I don't know that you have ever been to the place where He wants to take you! Now what I hear Him saying is 'This time I want them to break through all the way and go through that window". Now this time don't just say it for yourself, say it as a corporate whole as an intercessory corporate group for the state of South Carolina say "We're gonna go all the way this time!" Stand on you feet and say it again, "We're gonna go all the way this time!" Come on, let's just say it again "We're going all the way this time!"

Now when I hear the Lord begin to use that phrase (which I have never had Him do it that way with me before) and I have never used that phrase or had that said about any of the other states. But let me just say this – There was a sense in which is was a GRACE STATEMENT. Because I wrote it down exactly as it came to me and I thought about it later and the way it came to me later when I wrote it down was 'they are in a window of opportunity' and then when I got my bag back because we left it at the airport and had to get it about service time--when I read exactly what I wrote He said "I HAVE CREATED" and I heard the Lord say "THIS IS VERY MUCH A GRACE THING". He has brought you to another point in His grace and mercy where you can now move through this window of opportunity once more. Some of it is because of things that have happened and you have been faithful to pray, etc., but I want to tell you that some of this is the mercy and grace of God on this state. …Jesus wept over Jerusalem and said 'How I longed to gather you and take you to myself", but He said "you would not have it". You missed the window of opportunity for your visitation. You missed the 'kairos' of your visitation. So we can miss these windows of opportunity or we can go through them.

The sons of Isachar were those who had an understanding of the windows of opportunity. "Times" is the word, but that's what it means. They had an understanding of the times. They sensed the timing and because they sensed the timing, they understood WHAT to do. Sometime you can never know WHAT to do until you sense the WHEN. Where are we? What time is it? And so God is saying to us "I AM ALERTING YOU THAT YOU HAVE COME TO ANOTHER WINDOW HERE. NOW I AM GOING TO SHOW YOU HOW TO GO THROUGH IT !!!" That's what tonight and tomorrow is all about. I am believing God is going to show you how to go through this thing and go all the way and shift it this time!

Now let's do this. Let's just link arms with someone right across the way and just declare right now -- and actually link your arms -- and declare that the isolationist spirit that is over this particular state will begin to break. It is a spirit of isolation. It is something that is isolating people from coming in to all of what God has for them to come into. It is not that you are resisting each other. You are isolating yourself and not aligning yourself properly to come in. Lord, we declare right now that spirit of isolation is beginning to break in Jesus' name. Father, we declare a new shield of authority forming--A new shield of faith forming in this state. Father, we declare right now where holes have come in to this state and into the Body of Christ and into its faith, we declare a new shield is forming. And I would say to you that there is crisis at hand. There is crisis at hand in the land and I have brought you together to shut a door, saith the Lord. And not only will you go through a window, but you are called at this time to shut a door. Have I not even directed the President of this land to go across the earth to declare that this is a time for slavery and its' power to be broken. And I would say to you because of the entry way into this state I will give you as a people an opportunity to shut the door to domination of races in this land. I would say to you, you will shut a door that has been there and I would say this is a time that you will either rise up in crisis and you will begin to even move in a new way – you will not secede this time but I am calling you to lead this time, saith the Lord. I say begin to lead in a new way. Even the identity over this state, I say I am ready to change. I am ready to make a shift for you are seen in one way but I am saying I am going to cause you to be seen in another way, saith the Lord.

Chuck pauses in the spirit then begins to pray.

Now Father, we come right now and we ask You right now to begin to rest down on this state in a whole new way. Lord, we declare whatever turn this state took in 1987 which shifted it away from your ultimate purpose we say Lord bring us back to that place and accelerate us forward. Lord, we say whatever occurred in 67, 1867 that was so devastating when there was an opportunity to turn right, we say Lord this is a time for a turning back to the full purpose of God. And the Lord said, "I can create and I can change things in a day" saith the Lord. And I would say that this is a time of leadership in this state that will cause a nation to begin to quake. I would say to you that it is very important the shift in leadership, governmentally that is going on in this state at this time. For I would say a wind is coming as a sign. Watch for the strong wind that comes across this state this season, saith the Lord. And when you hear the sound of the wind in the myrtle bush or at Myrtle Beach, saith the Lord when you hear the sound of the wind and the wind is heard about as it comes across Myrtle Beach I would say to you that signifies that change has come, RISE UP AND ENTER IN, SAITH THE LORD.

"Where there is no prophetic revelation"… where there is no prophetic revelation, where there is no one hearing from God the people perish. If we are not hearing from God….If we don't know for example that He has created another window of opportunity, we probably won't go through it. When you don't have prophetic discernment of the times and where you are and what God is saying you are not under the bridle of the Lord. You don't know whether to go here or to go there. The next thing you know you have missed another opportunity. We are not going to miss this opportunity. The bridle of the Lord is going to go on us tonight and we are going to hear and begin this process of seeing what He is doing and hearing what He is saying so we can go all the way this time. I mean really break though into a brand new day for South Carolina. Now you just need to believe that with me because it is not about our ability, it's about HIS. The quickest way to get out of unity is to not be moving in prophetic revelation. . There is a window for you. Say with me "I'm going all the way".

Haggai was a prophet and the Lord sent him to South Carolina…. Haggai said I'm going to tell you why things have been going wrong in your life. You are working hard but are not reaping anything. You have a fist full, a bag full of money and just put it in a pocket full of holes. He went on down through these examples. You sow much but you reap little. It is a general way of saying things aren't working well. We are not seeing any fruit. We can't get ahead. We can't get breakthrough. We can't see revival. We can't see harvest. We're not seeing this harvest of souls coming in. We are not getting there. He said, "I'm going to tell you why". Ezra 4: 5, 6, 7 - because those three verses in Ezra 4 are where the book of Haggai fits. So he starts talking in Ezra about what happened. He said you know you became discouraged and you became intimidated, fear set in and here is what you did. Instead of acknowledging "hey, we are having some problems with fear, discouragement and intimidation" you began to say "the favor seems to have lifted, so it must not be God's time yet to do this." Now that is the part I want you to hear. So the prophet Haggai came along and said, "You have said it is not time, but I say to you, thus saith Jehovah, IT IS TIME. And if you will just engage again and pick up this assignment to rebuild the house of the Lord, put your houses secondary and your business secondary now for a season and begin to focus on me and what I need right now, the Lord say "I am going to turn your fortunes around and everything you do is going to begin to prosper. The latter glory is going to be greater than the former. And that is where all that prophecy is. And they did that.

And they threw a celebration but then all this intimidation and junk started coming in and the work was halted until Haggai got it restarted. Now listen to me. The work had stopped for 16 years. You don't realize when you are reading those three or four verses there in Ezra that they really cover a 16 year span. So all they had for 16 years was a pretty slab. They were in an ungodly cycle where they started well and a window of opportunity came but for some reason they were not able to push it on through. They began to back off. The enemy came along and somehow seduced them into deceptive thinking, perhaps sin, perhaps wrong motives I don't know all of it, but the bottom line was that they did not go all the way through the window and siege the opportunity because they bought into a lie that says it is not yet time. So you are going to have to answer a question here tonight. Is it really time for South Carolina to move forward? Is it really time for break through? Is there really a divine window of opportunity that He has created now that if you continue to come together, if you hear from the Lord, if you mobilize this prayer movement, if you lay down your own agendas and begin to really clearly hear what God is saying to you, is it time? You must answer this question. Is it time? Is this a Chazown for you? Is this the word of the Lord? Is it prophetic revelation that there is a window for South Carolina to go some place in the spirit that you have never gone before and get breakthrough that this state has probably never really seen? Is it time? Is it time? And are you going to go all the way or are you going to pour a slab and threw a party? I think that is what we do. I think we see a little bit of progress and get excited and the next thing you know we have been blindsided by the enemy. We are reeling and we don't know what is happening. Then someone comes along 16 years later and says, 'oh man, we are a mess'. How many of you have been there, have that tee shirt and all that stuff? Me too.

Well, there is another picture. This one they went all the way. Nehemiah goes back to restore the city and rebuild the walls. There is a lot of opposition but they get all the walls rebuilt. It says this 'the walls were in place but the gates and doors were not yet restored'. I am going to give you what I believe is a prophetic insight right now. I don't know how this translates practically but here is what I heard the Lord say to me during the worship – South Carolina has more than once rebuilt the walls but they have never had the gates and doors in place. (This part typed in purple is from the Friday morning session. Dutch is speaking.) I'm hearing the word CYCLE. I'm hearing the word PAST. So God is trying to help us move through a window now—we heard that again last night and today again. He's trying to help us move through a window of opportunity so that we don't just keep repeating the same cycles of death.

That was what Chuck was teaching about—moving into the new identity, moving out of the past, moving out of the things that held us back so that we could move into the new… So I wrote down two words that came to me awhile ago. DISCONNECT and RECONNECT… But Isaiah 58:12 says: Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins, raise up the age old foundations, you will be called repairer of the breach, restorer of the streets in which to dwell.

I want you to notice that in these four phrases how He uses words that let us know that He never really completely starts over. You can't just act like yesterday didn't happen and just start over. He's always using words like RESTORE, REPAIR, REBUILD, RAISE UP THE OLD. So, he's trying to tell us something here—that God doesn't just ignore our history, He doesn't just act like our past didn't happen—He heals history.

He doesn't just act like you were never a sinner and say 'OK, from today I'm gonna just excuse your sin and act like it never happened. No, there must be an application of the blood. Something has to happen to heal that. To 'disconnect' us from something and then 'reconnect' us to something. So we're gonna get 'disconnected' from our past sins and wounds. Chuck used words like rejections and failure. We are gonna get disconnected from that and we're gonna get reconnected. Now if we don't get disconnected, we will repeat the cycle.

Now the same thing is true culturally and as a people group and as a nation. And if we don't get that dealt with, if we just act like it never happened and we don't really deal with that thing and disconnect through repentance, through forgiveness, through being slammed in to by the Spirit of God into the new—if we don't do those things, what's gonna happen is we're just gonna get a little healing. Maybe things will get a little better, but I'm telling you right now, it's gonna recycle and the same stuff, the same junk, the same curse comes and usually it sometimes even it even gets stronger because it picks up a religious spirit along the way or some occultic thing. And it will just recycle and it will come back through strong as ever or stronger. So we have to understand that the Lord wants to disconnect us from the past sin, hurt, problem, difficulty, iniquity pattern. He wants to disconnect us and He wants to reconnect us to Him so we can move on into a godly future—because we don't want the iniquities of the past coming through. We want the blessings of the covenant which flow to a thousand generations.

So far, are you getting the big picture? OK. This is why things like identificational repentance are valid. Because it is proper to go back and say—like Daniel did, like Nehemiah did—'Father, I repent not only of my own sin but I repent of the sins of my father'. Now will You cut off that which has been flowing into my blood line through that DNA, through etc, etc, etc, that Chuck talked about—would You cut that off now and let life come to me and my offspring and so the next generation of South Carolina will get life instead of another cycle of death: racism, hatred, infirmities coming through, occultish things, etc.

I've got to bottom line you here and I've gotta be real blunt. OK? Because we've gotta get this. There is desperation in me right now—we gotta get this. We gotta shift something before I leave here in 30 minutes. Can we do it? (Congregation answers affirmatively)

But when the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher comes along and equips it—snaps it (speaker configures body as though joints being snapped back into place)—Oh, now I can use that thing, see!

So now pain, devastation and reaping of bad stuff, broken covenant is flowing through that life, but when you restore, you snap them back into alignment with God and now they can go on and begin to be functional again and fulfill their destiny and calling.

God is trying to do that with a corporate group today. He is trying to take a state and snap it back into alignment, so you can get on with your destiny as a people of South Carolina. This is a word used in the New Testament for mending a net--when the fishermen were there and because there had been a dislocation or a breaking. And so, when they take the net and fix it, tie it—you know, get it back in place, now it's functional again—reconnecting, restoring, moving back into that place.

Mending the Nets

(Lord, only you can mend the torn nets.)

I am mending the nets – there are growing networks that I am bringing together. The common strength of the "NET" will be the heart that is for the harvest. For man labors to catch fish, but at My Word and on the other side (the opposite way of the flesh) the haul of souls shall be overwhelming. Every ship needs an anchor to be stable. Every ship has a governor (or rudder) to direct and steer it. This is what the working of My Apostles (anchors) and Prophets (prophetic direction/governors) will provide on the LEADER-SHIP. The ship so directed will bring in the harvest – the ship of man will be as a ship without power – unable to move through the turbulence ahead. My intercessors are the safety nets and the nets that facilitate the catching of the harvest. My Spirit will connect you but not "mind to mind" but by your hearts of love for Me and My Body. There is coming a "knowing" of Me and a "knowing" of each other that will make your former relationships seem superficial.

Now keep your heart open to receive My love and encouragement. This is the force (My love) that propels My Holy River through you and My Holy City—My people. Teach, exhort, correct—only in this stream propelled by My love!

So we have a God who does this. He knows how to reposition things. He doesn't just ignore history. He doesn't just ignore the breeches. He says, "if you just try to ignore 'em, if you try to ignore some of the junk that has come through this state and my state, too (I'm not just picking on South Carolina—you're probably further along that we are in Colorado) but if you just try to ignore these things, you're gonna let a cycle of sin and death keep repeating because you haven't let God katartismos that thing yet and snap it back into alignment. So you've got a curse flowing through. You've got pain flowing through. You've got iniquity flowing through. You've got something that is not fixed yet so you better let Me go back and Isaiah 58 it. You had better let Me restore, rebuild, heal, raise up because if the foundations are destroyed what can the righteous do? We gotta rebuild them because He's not just gonna start over and act like it never happened. He's too just for that. He doesn't just turn the other way and say 'well, we'll just ugh, forget that'.

So now let me just say, since I'm running short on time, let me just say it this way. So God looks ahead and He's sitting up there and He says 'South Carolina, America has a destiny'. And He brings a nation into being and a people. A nation is born destined of God to do something and every part of it—ya know, every state, every city, every person there—He has a destiny for all of us. And of course, satan comes along and he's gonna try to alter that. So God has a plan for America. God has a plan for South Carolina.

And so here comes some things in our past and I don't care what it is. I don't care if it's false religion. I don't care if it's that Masonic thing. I don't care what it is. I don't care if it's idolatry, shedding of innocent blood, wars starting here, racism, slavery being brought through your gates here. I don't care what it is—you can't just act like it never happened. I'm telling ya, you can't do that. You can't just say let the past be past and move on and act like these things never happened because if you do, you will repeat the same cycle over and over and over again. See? Well, it may not happen the same way but the same hatred is going to flow through, the same death is going to flow through and the culture gets more sin entrenched in it and we get further away from God and we wonder why the kids get more mixed up and wonder why the statistics change and in American we are so good in dressing it up and putting a nice face on it and when somebody comes up and reads these statistics to us, we go "Well that can't be—Not Us!". YET IT IS! We are white-washed tombs acting like we are alive when there is a spirit of death flowing through us. We know how to put a good face on it—you know how to do it and I know how to do it. "Everything is fine" and from within this nation is rotting.

And we don't want to admit that inside, in the spirit of the nation, in the spirit of a people, in the spirit of a person—WE ARE DYING. And so 'let's come up with another program, maybe we can fix it that way. Maybe we can stop this curse that's flowing through our culture—if we just get a better program. And so we will spend more money on education or we will spend it here, or we will do that, or we will appease this group this way and that way, in this method, that method. We'll appoint this group over there and we will establish this group and they will take care of education and they will do this and that and somehow we will fix this mess!

And the statistics keep getting worse and worse and worse because if somebody doesn't allow God to heal this thing from within, we are never gonna see the change that we want because we have to have God move in and break the cycle of death. We have to have repentance and cleansing and say 'we are not gonna act like these things never happened' and just sort of go on. We're gonna see Him heal history, realign and now let life flow through where there has been a curse flowing through. It's not that God is holding you accountable for it and blaming you for something they did. It's the fact that something is now flowing through our history that has death to it and we got to get it cut off so life can start flowing.

Do you understand this? South Carolina, do you understand this? (Resounding YES). YOU HAVE TO GET THIS! You have to get this! If you get this, you can change this state. You can change it very quickly. And that's the last thing I want to say to you right now.

I want you to get everything out of you that says 'until we get the majority of people believing and understanding this, we're not going to get it done'. God has never needed a majority. God has never needed a majority. He doesn't need most of South Carolina getting this to change it. He doesn't even need most of the church to get and understand it before He can do it. He just needs a group of people this size, come together, really believe it and know that we can go into the spirit realm, do business, cut something off and start a new flow of life into this state. (Spontaneous agreement and praise) And we're gonna do that today.

We're gonna ask the God to whom all things are the same—yesterday, today and forever—to go back and just begin to heal things and shift us into alignment so that life can begin to flow through us, into our children, into our culture, into our schools, into our churches. We're gonna do this—we're just gonna do it, ugh? We're just…Are you ready to do this? (Yes, applauded/shouted, people begin standing, ready) Now I want—stand to your feet, I want some of you to just come—I need a few intercessors. I mean a few three or four or five dozen of you just kind of fill this front and let's just get close here and we've got about 15 minutes to shift a state. Can we do that? I'll tell ya, God can do it in 15 seconds!

(Chuck Pierce is speaking the following – Friday morning, July 11th) I can't put in words why South Carolina is so important 'right now'. I mean, why we are here 'right now'. I mean, with President Bush being in Africa saying 'we're dealing with this slave issue as a nation'. See, he's doing what Pastor Dutch is saying. And here we are in South Carolina for a time such as this and while I was there (pointing to where he was sitting) you see how that pattern from South Carolina affected our whole nation. As a matter of fact, what happened was this—and this needs to be on tape so you see it.

They said here in South Carolina, "We will secede from the overall changes of this nation. We're going to pull out. We're going to separate ourselves. (Isolation) We are going to remove ourselves from the changes that's going on in this nation because we don't agree with the direction its taking."

And what they were saying really when they said that was – they were saying 'let's keep this old system of bondage and domination in place and secured.' That's a pattern that has been here. 'Let's keep the slave system over this territory. Let's keep it in place so we can use it to benefit us in the future.'

Then they said this: 'Let's secure the wealth' (cause South Carolina was wealthy). Let's secure the wealth that is coming in here because more wealth is coming in here than any other place. Let's secure this wealth so it is not distributed to the overall purpose of the whole.' Now what that's going to do is manifest in the overall church where the wealth never reaches the harvest of the whole territory.

And then the other thing is, it said—'Let's fire this shot'. You see how satan creates this strategy. It's that prophetic apostolic strength that rises up but it's out of time and it's got a false anointing on it where it says 'let's fire this shot' to create chaos and division throughout this whole land. Because, of course, in your history the first shot was fired that created the overall division of this entire land and right now, I'm gonna tell ya, there is a strategy right now for something to come out of this state to try to bring division throughout this entire nation. There's a domination that is trying to rise up in this state to say 'but we're good and we're doing good right now' so you never enter into the best of what God has for you.

As a matter of fact, while I was sitting there the Spirit of God spoke to me and said, "There are two states in this nation that's got strategies of secession within them to violate the independence that I am trying to bring into the land. It's South Carolina and it's Texas!" (Congregation gasped in astonishment) "And there's a strategy, that if it is not broken now, you'll see it manifest in the next five years and there will be an uprising that comes that creates the same confusion throughout this land, plus seven times worse!"

As a matter of fact, the Lord said--I also saw the water way coming into Charleston—and the Lord said, "it's paved, it has been paving the way for that waterway to be used by the enemy-it is an entry point for the enemy to come into this land to oppress this entire land."

And the Lord said to me, "You tell them to go down to every major coast city and hold a worship gathering and a prayer and intercession gathering and decree that a shield of change is coming across and around this state." And the Spirit of God said, "You tell them to go to the twelve (12) most populous cities of this state and hold a worship apostolic prophetic intercessory gathering and decree that the heavens will change and the administration of God will be secured in this state. For if they don't make the shift now, in the coming year (and I always feel like God goes in a cycle from the time you hear--until next July), if you will make the shift now, true liberty will be flowing in South Carolina."

And then He says this, He says "That in this thing, that shot is just ricocheting back and forth throughout this entire nation just waiting to create the same chaos. The shot originated here." The Lord said, "You release an anointing in this state to bring such change that that shot is neutralized or else we'll see division in this land like we have never known in the next five (5) years."

The Lord says, "This is a time that I have gathered you together and I'm gonna snap back in place your prophetic destiny, your leadership destiny, but instead of moving out of time and moving in a way with the enemy to produce chaos, you're going to move with me and liberty will come from South Carolina." (Applauding, praises outburst)

(Dutch is speaking/praying now). We, let's just pray and ask the Lord to shift this state right now and break these things in the past, Lord… I've been so focused. This is so big to the Lord. Well, let's just pray and ask the Lord to shift this state right now and break these things in the past, heal those breeches there and snap us back into alignment with His purposes.

What I heard the Lord say when Chuck talks about firing that first shot…I heard the Lord say, "Fire a shot in the Spirit now and let it be a holy fire…let it will be a holy shot". Shoot something into the heavens by the Spirit of God that will undo what the enemy is trying to do. And let, instead of a spirit of death and division and destruction flow out of this place, let there be now a spirit of life that begins to flow out of here. A spirit of unity, a spirit of blessing. And so Lord… (speaking to the people) now just begin to pray in the Spirit and let's just get in an agreement here—we're gonna do this. Is this alright?

Father, we call upon You now by the blood of Jesus. We come, Lord, not with our own strength, not in our own abilities, not in our own worthiness or righteousness—in the same way we don't do that personally, we don't do it corporately. We come to You, through the blood of Jesus and we ask You right now, Lord (speaking to the people) I know there has been repentance over but we do have to ask the Lord to go back and shift these things.

Father, I ask You to go back and heal breeches in this state that have allowed curses and iniquity patterns of death to cycle through this state over and over and over again.

Lord, breeches that have brought division, breeches that have brought strife and hatred and the shedding of innocent blood, breeches that have brought poverty, breeches that have even come into the church and caused us to move into idolatry in our churches, caused us to accept things that are not proper and biblical, caused us to build walls of division—not just in our culture but in the church.

I am asking You now, Lord, to go back when that first shot was fired and I am asking you heal that breech right now and shift us into holy alignment of unity and brotherly love.

I'm asking You to go into the port where slaves were brought into this nation and I'm asking you to heal that breech. I'm asking You, Lord, where decisions were made that involved the shedding of innocent blood and the bringing of bondages into this state—I'm asking You to go back right now and heal that breech and give us a holy adjustment so that we are snapped into place so the blessings of harmony, of covenant, of brotherly love and kindness can begin to flow into this state. Align us with Your purposes. Take the garment of sin off and put a garment of righteousness on us, in the Holy Name of Jesus.

DIANE (Director of SE Region) -

The Lord says in Numbers, chapter 14, that your enemies are bread for you. The Lord says to tell you that, "the very thing that enemy used—to use you South Carolina as a breech—He is using now to build a siege mount for you, to enable you to break through. And the Lord said to give you a visual of who you are in His hand. You are a battle axe in the hand of the Lord. Jeremiah 51:20. And it is with you He will break in pieces the kingdoms of darkness in the nations of darkness and it is with you, in His hand, that He will destroy the work of the horse and the rider and the chariot and the rider." The Lord says, "You are His church. You are a delight to Him. He has never lost hope. He has never lost confidence in you. You are a delight to Him. His confidence is in the work of His grace and His Spirit operating in you. The Lord says for you to lift up your head and receive the redemption of your God."

Now we just decree right now, Lord, that there is not coming a division out of this state.

There is not coming a religious spirit out of this state.

There is not coming a secessionist mindset.

There is not coming a poverty thing.

There is not coming an oppressing of one another from this state.

We say that now flowing into and out from the state of South Carolina is the Spirit of the Living God. We fire a shot into the spirit right now. We say: We fire the shot of unity.

We fire the shot of destiny.

We fire the shot of blessing of covenant—not cursing, not breaking, not covenant breaking, not oppressing.

We fire the shot of covenant faithfulness.

We fire the shot of covenant love.

We fire the shot of corporality.

We fire the shot of being one in the Spirit.

We fire the shot of pure worship, not idolatry.

We break those curses. We cut it off. We say that God who heals history is healing us even now.

Rebuilding the ancient ruins.

Restoring foundations in cities and walls.

Giving us the gates, hanging them in place, not just the walls.

We say South Carolina is—Going through the window now of her destiny,

Going through the window of your destiny,

Going through the window into the new,

Going through the window as Joseph did

—Every time the enemy tries to close the door

he went through the door of destiny.

And we say South Carolina is going through that door. Going through the window.

And now Lord, Cleanse the land == Cleanse the culture

Cleanse the government

Cleanse the church, cleanse the church, cleanse the church

Let life now flow through the church

Let there be a true equipping

Let there be a true alignment

Let there be a breaking of that which came

…Lord, snap us into place

Let there be true, true change in Your church.

I say that there is a root, that root—I don't know if I have ever said this before anywhere! It's not a good thing to have to say, but I'm gonna say it. Much of the roots—or, or…there is a root.

There is a root of that sectarian spirit that even filters through the church. A major portion of the root of that thing in this nation is coming from South Carolina.

(Looking to Chuck) Now you help me, you judge this…You help me with this Chuck. If you don't feel like this is right, I will stop immediately but I'm asking the prophet to help me judge this.

I see that one of the reasons that this is critical to the Lord is that this state is a major root of this whole system of division and strife and bigotry. And I'm not just talking about races now. I'm talking about even in the church and gender and, and, and anti-Semitism and all that stuff. I see there is a root of it right here that is flowing through the state and that is why it is so, so important to the Lord that that be cut off here this weekend so that the new begin to flow.

I've got to pray this one more time. We're late going to the airport, but I've got to do it one more time, OK? Now get with me. Let's get into agreement.

Father, we ask You to go back to the beginnings of this state in our history. We ask You, Lord, where that spirit came into this state and began, planted a deep root, a tap root in this nation of bigotry, of division, of separation that is rooted in the very 'accuser of the brethren' that stands before the throne of God and materializes and surfaces in gender based, religious based, people group, racial based, denominationalism, sectarism, I say in Jesus' name, that the roots of that thing are cut off, by the blood of the Lamb, by the God who heals history. Now you can call that secessional spirit, seceding…you can call that a secessionalist thing if you want to but I say it is demonic. I say it is rooted in the 'accuser of the brethren', the spirit of antichrist and I break it off this state in the name of Jesus.

I go back to the roots of this state and I cut it off at the root in the name of Jesus. I sever you from it now. I sever you from it now. I sever you from it now. I break its power off of you. I break it by the blood of Jesus. I tear it out of the ground.

      I cut it off at the root.
      And I release you now to move into the new.
      I release you to go into the new.
      I release you into the new.
      I release you into the new.
      I release you into the new.
      I release you into the new.
      I release you into the new.
      I release you into the new.
      The bloodline, the new covenant line. OHHHHH!

CHUCK –

Now let's ask the Lord to do something very specific. There is still a disconnection that is going on in South Carolina so that the covenant blessing of God can't come down fully. It's related back to your secession. And the Lord sways to you, "you've got to realign yourself in a new way".

Father, we speak to the government of this particular—Lord, we say that the government of the church is going to arise in a new way. We release the apostolic mantle in this state. Lord, we declare over this particular house here a release of the harvest anointing. We call in the miraculous to this particular place and we declare it will be heard all over the state of the miracles that are going on. We release the prophetic anointing. We say shift into God's purposes today.

Now Father, we then speak to the civil government and we say, be sure you are realigned and recovenanted with God's purpose for this land so you can influence the whole land properly. We say there will come before the people here a true covenant issue of realignment, Lord, so they see and realign properly and they come into God's purpose and God's purpose in this state affect the whole nation and release the wealth of the land in a new way.

Yeah! Thank you, Lord!

Now I had several people come with concerns about this word, about the 'walls being built but the gates and doors not being in place'. And that we need to that. I just want to say to you, I believe that was what Chuck was just doing. So we're going to pray it again so you can pray with understanding. I'm not going to pray it the same way, but I'm just going to seal it, as it were. Because I had another word come to me and I really bore witness to it and the word was that 'the gates and doors are the leaders'. The elders sat at the gate, see….and the governments sat at the gate. So, it's both natural and spiritual. God has to get the cleansing. He has to get the positioning, the alignment of the leaders in place now so that the gates and doors will be there. So that now there is true security and safety. So we're gonna, I'm just gonna come into agreement with what he just prayed and I'm gonna say, Lord, You get your leaders into alignment now. You get the natural government, spiritual government, You get everything in place so that the gates and doors are all in place. So Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for building the wall. But this time, we want the gates hung. We want the doors in place and we want the gatekeepers. We want the elders who sit at the gate and rule to be in place. We want that to happen.

So now Lord, we command the shift of the government of the church.

• We command the shift into godly leadership.
• We command the mantle of God's government to come into the state of South Carolina — both in the spiritual realm and the natural realm.
• We speak to the men and women of God in this state and we say
• Rise to your place
• Rise to your position
• Cast off all religiosity
• Cast off lethargy

Cast off that which would hold you back
And keep you in the old and keep you from going into the new.

I say to the leadership of this state. Come out of your old wineskins.

• Lay them aside.
• Cast them aside.
• Cast them aside.
• Cast them aside.

I say that if you will do it as leadership in the church, you will see it also in the natural and you will begin to see the natural government align. So I say, cast off all that holds you back and let God snap you into place and position you in your position as a gatekeeper and a doorkeeper.

We decree it so in the name of Jesus!

Now join hands and begin to pray for leaders. Begin to say Lord, we bless our leaders. We don't curse them. We bless them. If you've never been in leadership, you don't know how hard it is to do some of these things. You don't know how hard it can be to hear from the Lord sometimes and move into the new. It's not that easy to do. Begin to pray for your leaders right now. Begin to pray for those in influence. Pray for your government leaders. Ask the Lord to help them, encourage them and strengthen them. Ask Him to help them break out of the old into the new. Give them understanding how to do it. Some of them want to, they're just like you, they don't necessarily always know how to do it. Pray over them that the revelation of the Lord will come to them Pray that they will know how to do it, they will see how to do it. God, give us the gates in place. Give us your revelation, Lord!
